This serene lakefront cottage is the perfect escape for families and groups of friends looking to unwind and enjoy nature. Book your stay now and create unforgettable memories!



You'll have access to a full kitchen with a dishwasher, two full bathrooms, an open concept living and dining space with a two sofas, one of which can be converted into a twin+ bed. The house also has 3 bedrooms, a Master Bedroom with a King and a Full Size Bed, and the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have a Queen Size bed each.



The outdoor area has tree cover for privacy, a newly constructed fire pit, an outdoor dining area with a BBQ, two decks facing the lake and a private dock with seating and a ladder into and out of the lake. A canoe and two stand up paddle boards are also provided and stored at the dock.



If you will be visiting between November and March: snow tires are required and all wheel drive is highly recommended. The road to the cottage has some moderate hills that are not possible to climb without snow tires and can be extremely difficult without all-wheel drive.
The cottage is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. Other standard amenities include a fireplace, a coffee maker, and a desk.

We had a wonderful stay at the lakefront cottage! From the time we booked to the time we left, contact with the owners was simple and easy. Entrance to the cottage was a breeze. Everything was clean and in excellent working order. The homeowners took care of little things such as having shampoo and body wash in each bathroom, a coffee grinder and fresh coffee (along with filters), spices, salt & pepper, plenty of games, extra blankets and duvets. The hot tub was a highlight as were the string lights going down to it! As this was our first time renting a cottage, I'll admit I was a little nervous as you hear so many horror stories, but I was relieved at how attentive the owners were. If your looking for a relaxing getaway on the water, this cottage is for you.

What a gorgeous cabin! It was everything we hoped for! The cabin was comfortable, clean and well furnished. The hot tub with a view was lovely and we loved the jetty with the late afternoon sun and the kayaks for a paddle in this beautiful setting.

The inside of the cottage was excellent, the bathrooms and bedrooms are amazing. We loved the hot tub, The yard is still in need of work, however if l can rebook for a week in 2028, l know it will be done up beautifully. We had so much fun in the lake, we even took the dogs canoeing. Thank god they are small dogs. I want to Thank our hosts for answering our questions promptly.I would recommend this cottage to a party looking for a rustic property, located just minutes from Bancroft.However, they must be aware there are flights of stairs down to the lake, they are study and well lit.Once the yard work, and a bet of outdoor painting is finished, it will be 10 out of 10.I was disappointed with the outside, that was why l felt l was overcharged.Glenda Pollard
