Every inch of this charming coastal space was thoughtfully designed to ensure a comfortable and cozy stay. At Book Montrose, we care about your experience and as such, we've outfitted this home with AMENITIES to make your stay luxurious and for you to feel right at home! In the kitchen, you'll find quartz countertops, stovetop, non-stick cookware (full set), Ninja drip coffee maker, toaster oven, Chef's cutting board and knife set and more. Other amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a large 75 in latest 4K roku smart TV, Roku TVs in each bedroom, and a washer and dryer! Upstairs you will find a Two Twin Bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and a King bedroom that features an ensuite bathroom and work station with monitor. Sleeping arrangements (4 people total): 1 BR upstairs with King bed + 1 BR upstairs with 2 twin beds.

The unit was exactly as described and immaculately cleaned. The only improvement that I could suggest is to add an outdoor light…motion activated at the main entry from the parking lot.
