Did not like the parking situation. The staff and room were great.

Need better coffee makers. It was about a thimble full.

Room presentation was nice. Not OUTSTANDING but very nice. All the staff we came in contact with were pleasant and always offered to help. I would recommend that the music volume in common areas be turned down a little. The town is very friendly and enjoyable.

Love the neat and nice small town atmosphere, with shops, restaurants, parks, and beaches, within walking distance and feel quite secure and relaxed. Hotel's amenities--breakfast and complemental drinks surpassed expectation. This hotel is a nice stop for people who like to be near the Golf shore, but don't have to deal with the beach crowds.

The young lady at the reservation desk was very reserved and almost timid. There was a fun, friendly man later that afternoon. My only real complaint is the shower. A disaster. Water all over the floor is inevitable and could be dangerous.

This is the go to hotel in Fairhope. Nice pool. Great staff. Great location

Met with a group of on line friends. The hotel was very accommodating and went out of their way to make our get together pleasant. I look forward to revisiting fairhope and staying at the Hampton.

This hotel was amazing!! It is located in the heart of downtown Fairhope. It is within walking distance to the beach, shops, and dining. It was very clean and extremely nice. The hot breakfast buffet was wonderful each morning (included omletes, sausage, bacon, waffles, etc). The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was amazing! Everyone needs to go see a sunset on the pier. It is breathtaking. Some good places to eat include Big Daddy's, Panini Pete's, and Tamara's Bar and Grill. Shopping was wonderful, expecially if you like consignment shops and antiques. Be warned though, most shops and restaurants close early, usually 5. This was definitely the best vacation we have had, and we will most definitely be staying here again! Highly recommended!

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. When my suits arrived wrinkled, the staff at the front desk loaned me a hand-held steamer! So helpful! The location was perfect, with great restaurants and pubs close by. I would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful hotel. Staff was very friendly and curteous. Rooms were tasteful, and the bed was very comfortable. PERFECT location right in the heart of quaint Fairhope. Extremely safe... my husband and I walked around at night... but also alive with fun, as the hotel is within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Small-town feel with Southern hospitality. We will be back! Definitely was a great idea to stay downtown. My only complaint was that when they say breakfast ends at 10:00, they mean 10:00. My husband and I got down there about 9:58, and an employee was already clearing the breakfast tables and had turned the juice machine off.

Right in downtown Fairhope, AL, the Carmel of the Gulf Coast... great location for restaurants and shopping and sightseeing.

In heart of downtown near several good restaurants. All was good with this stay. We will return.
