The front desk area had a terrible smell. The receptionist told us our rooms were ready and when we got to them, the windows were open and the door was left open. Our pillows had no pillow cases and were in a pile on the bed. The room smelt like weed. There was beer cans and trash all over the outside of our floor leading up to our room. There were people fighting outside our room when we were checking in. Don’t recommend. Unsafe for young children. Terrible part of town. The only good thing I’ll say is, it was conveniently located near Six Flags, but you get what you pay for.

Very friendly staff, both at night and during morning check out. Beds were very comfortable, the rooms could be updated further, noticed a few things that needed attention, but we were overall happy with our stay. Not a fancy hotel, but it did the job for our after Six flags trip, so we basically just slept there, woke up and checked out. It was quiet and perfectly peaceful. The check out person was very nice and asked if we had any issues to which I replied, no it was very nice & quiet, thank you. Our grab & go breakfast was a brown bag containing a danish, juice, fruit cup, granola bar, water and plasticware with napkin. Check in was quick as well as check out. Would stay here again if it was for a quick stay. No frills, but was comfortable and felt safe, close to Six Flags, there’s also a Denny’s near by and a Mc Donald’s a few minutes away if you’re traveling with kids. $200 deposit required, so plan for that.
Somehow one of the kids left our car door open. Front desk was amazing and shut it then called me. I was so thankful. This property is in a convient location and is a great price. We enjoyed our stay
VERY DIRTY AND RUN DOWN WITH HOMELESS IN PARKIING LOT!! ARRIVED AT 4PM AND OFFICE WAS LOCKED.. SIGN ON DOOR SAYS TO CALL FOR ASSISTANCE AND THERE WAS NO ANSWER AFTER CALLING TWICE. I HAD TO FIND ANOTHER HOTEL ON MY OWN. I WILL NEVER USE ORBITZ AGAIN. I CANT BELIEVE THEY EVEN HAVE THIS HOTEL ON THEIR WEBSITE!!

The room was clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating. It was centrally located to our trips to Napa and San Francisco.

Upon checking into this hotel I had late checkin but it took over 45 mins to get someone to come to the nightwindow
Needed bath chair and they had mom available so I was not able to shower for 2 days not cool. No wheelchair accessible getting in rooms. Bathrooms are way to small. Bed sheets were falling off the bed at night.
It was a nice stay, the room was very clean. The bes was super comfy the sheets smelled great.
Front desk lady was rude took me more than 30min to check in, got a room on the 3rd floor took the elevator and the door closed on my hitting me didn't even have a last inspection report told the front desk lady and she could careless, don't waste your money
