This is a dry cabin; The hot tub is (Not Clean), and it is verry public. The shower, Bathroom and laundry is also public. The Hot tub is closed from 22:00 to 08:00 I get off work at 21:00 and go in at 06:00 so not much time to use the laundry or hot tub. When you step out of bed in the loft you are on the steps so no place to stand up. This is way overpriced for a Dry cabin.

Perfect location, responsive host
What a great spot! Treehouses are super cute (dry flush toilet not hard to use at all). Host was very responsive and answered my text within 5 minutes when the heater went out. Location is at the end of a road so it's private and quiet, but still very close to all there is to do in Fairbanks. Boardwalk from treehouse to bathhouse is a great touch and allowed me wear my shower shoes to the bathhouse instead of having to put on my snow boots just to shower. I would definitely stay again and recommend others to stay here as well.

Cozy Treehouse Getaway
We loved that it was slightly out of the city, but still close. We can’t say enough great things about this place! We stayed in the raven treehouse and it was cozy and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, we loved the little touches and were able to relax. Devin was very communicative! The addition of the bathhouse and hot tubs were a great added amenity, short walk, and well kept. We will definitely stay again in our next trip to Fairbanks!
No contact... great experience.. had 2 or 3 requests.. all were provided... this tree house is crazy nice!! You won't be dissatisfied... my 18 year old daughter and I... her graduation present... she liked it better then Disneyland... lol. Clean.. clean. Clean.. New New new.New.. those are my descriptions of this property... first time renting on this platform... unbelievably happy!! Good location... very quiet... this property is in the flight path of landing planes... and so if that bothers anyone... that should be noted.... only other thing that should be considered is the bathroom in the tree house is a compost toilet.... we didn't use it... the positive thing is they have a hot tub pool house.. with 2 new bathrooms... 2 showers, washer and dryer... all new... 1 minute walk from tree house.. no problem for us... there is no plumbing in tree house... water is there.. but in a dispenser... drains into bucket... not a problem to walk there this time of year... but.. in winter.. I think walking that in the cold might bother some people... great experience.. great hosts!
