Come experience the interior of Alaska at our listing! This is a cute 2 bed room apartment in a fabulously situated, central location, with walking distance to downtown Fairbanks. Shopping, restaurants, the apartments river walk, museums and night life are a short walk from the door. Hiking, fishing, golfing, skiing and more are only a few minutes drive.
Our vintage space is cozy and personable. Quaint kitchen and open living space. Smart tv & Wi-Fi provided.
Please note: the tub is raised and may be more challenging for certain individuals to get in.
Guests will have access to the entire apartment, fenced in front yard and a play structure for the little ones to play in without worry of the traffic.
We will be available via text or call and are close by if we are needed on the property. We have a security system that allows us to view the outside of the property if there are issues. Secure key-less entry allows guests to remotely check in with us.
The apartment is located close to down town but just far enough away that you will not feel like the night life is on the doorstep. We are just a few blocks from the river walk, library, historic buildings, shopping and museums. We have good relationships with our neighbors and prefer to keep it this way!
The public bus stop is a block away from the apartment. There is one parking space designated for the rental unit, with limited street parking available for extra vehicles.
The water here is heated by steam, so it should always be hot - please use cation and test water first before showering or washing dishes.
This is a multiplex so you will need to abide by the quiet hours: 10PM - 8AM The main entrance is shared with one other guest. Each guest has their own code. The door must be locked behind you after you come in.

Please remove your shoes and either use the shoe storage unit or bring your shoes inside.
Please note: the water is heated by the city steam system, so it comes out very hot. Please test water before showering, washing dishes or hands.
When you check out, place the key back on the hook by the door. Please leave the door unlocked.
Please leave all dishes clean (may be left to dry in the drainer), and empty the garbage. All garbage must be bagged. The garbage bins are located on either end of the building. Extra garbage bags are under the sink.

Cute!
This is a very cute, clean, and well maintained apartment. I was here for a weekend with my 14 y/o son and he even mentioned that it was “very nice”, which if you’ve ever met a teenage boy, that’s a high compliment! The check in/out process was easy and the communication was prompt. Jenni is a wonderful host! I would definitely stay here again.
