This vibrant, fully air-conditioned holiday home sleeps six comfortably with plenty of parking for two cars and two boats. With it's charming, bright colours it's just waiting for you to pull up and open the front door.


Property Features:

Open plan living room with a big screen TV, a DVD player and three lounges.
Self-contained kitchen adjacent to the dining room provides all you need to prepare meals for all the holidaymakers.
Bedroom 1 with a Queen size bed. Also features an ensuite with vanity and a toilet.
Bedroom 2 has two Single beds
Bedroom 3 has two Singles and a Bunk bed.
Family bathroom.

The shady rear entertaining area with 4 burner barbeque and an outdoor table and chairs offers a lovely space to have sundowners after a day soaking in the sights Exmouth has to offer.

The outdoor shower is great for washing off the sand after a day on the water.

Parking available for 2 cars and 2 boats / trailers.

As a goodwill gesture, housekeepers provide a limited provision of toilet paper and cleaning items. This supply is intended as a starter pack only and will not necessarily cover the duration of your stay. You will need to purchase more of these should you run out and these can be obtained from one of the two IGA supermarkets located in town. This property is maintained by local property manager Exmouth Holidays. Staff are available during office hours and an after-hours phone is available for emergency assistance for in house guests. You will be contacted via text message by 3pm the day of your arrival on how to access the keys. Arrivals are after 3.00pm and check-out before 10:00am. Early check-in and late departures may be available with prior approval and are subject to availability.

Enjoy Exmouth's fantastic climate and laid-back lifestyle. Experience the delectable cuisine of the numerous local restaurants and cafes. The town is historically very safe, and one can walk alone at night with confidence. A shuttle bus and taxi service are available from the airport, bookings are required. Major rental car companies have agencies in town and a desk at the airport. For a visit to the World Heritage listed Cape Range National Park and the beaches of the Ningaloo Coast, a vehicle is necessary.

Exmouth has many attractions with the Ningaloo Coral Reef being centre stage. A lot of the nature-based tours are seasonal and very popular at certain times of the year, we recommend you contact the Ningaloo Visitor Centre, or visit their website, prior to arrival to book your tours. Exmouth has 2 local IGA supermarkets, numerous restaurants, cafes and food outlets. For entertainment and socializing there is a hotel, a resort, a tavern, and two micro-breweries with live music.

The holiday break

Great little place we had heaps of room for our boat Really nice clean and quite! Shower is lovely and hot. Um but ? Couches could do with replacing and a bit of modernizing wouldn’t go a stray. Sorry to say but the price we paid to stay for 2 weeks Is way over priced for the accommodation but it’s a quite little very clean spot to rest after a day on the water . Thanks so mutch Benny and Kerry👍
