Very clean and spacious apartment! Kitchen is well equipped with amenities. Great view on the lake from the balcony. Parking on premises. We made many day trips to Switzerland. Owner is very pleasant to communicate with!

Once inside the unit it was nice and had a great view of Lake Geneva. Unfortunately it was difficult to find the place as the condo complex looks unfinished outside. The address was spray painted on a broken board laid against weeds. You have to walk over a board that is laid on top of rocks and gravel to enter the property. There are four large dumpsters out in front. I felt like we were in Mexico and not in France. The unit was very difficult to find as it has no number or anything to identify which unit it was or what floor it was on. I was emailed from Expedia saying I would receive our check in information 3 days prior to our arrival day. Then the host told me he would send it to me on check in day. I received neither. It was a horrible check in and very stressful! The host never notified me that the G7 Summit would be going on in Evian les Baines when we would be there during the exact time. Once I learned of it, it was too late to cancel. I found out on my own that I had to apply for a special “Personal Blue G7 Summit” pass to even get to the unit. He never advised this and it was supposed to be submitted by 6/10/2026 & not the day before adding more stress. When I would message him about what would be open in the area for us to do, he neglected to answer my questions on multiple times. I asked about the bbq the unit had & again he neglected to answer me. I felt like he took my money and could care less after that.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und neu eingerichtet und entspricht den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Der Tiefgaragenstellplatz ist groß, es gibt einen Aufzug im Haus. Der Ausblick von dem Balkon ist wirklich toll. Leider ist das Objekt noch nicht ganz fertiggestellt, die Zuwegung zum Haupteingang gleicht noch einer Baustelle, die Zufahrt zur Tiefgarage ist nur geschottert. Aber die Wohnung selbst ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir hatten unsere E-bikes mit, sodass der Anstieg vom See zur Wohnung gut zu bewältigen war.

Aufenthalt war gut, aber wir waren sehr überrascht, als wir endlich - mit Hilfe eines netten Franzosen - das Gebäude gefunden hatten (Beschreibung der Anfahrt war nicht gut), da dass ganze Gebäude zwar nicht wie eine Bauruine wirkte, aber doch extrem unfertig im Aussenbereich war. Keine angelegte Aussenanlage. Alles unfertig. Wirklich nicht schön. Das Äußere sollte schon auch zum Inneren passen ;). Die Zufahrt zur Tiefgarage war mit unserem SUV gut zu meistern, mit einem anderen PKW hätte ich da Probleme gesehen.Das Appartement war dann zwar so, wie auf den Bildern, aber um ins Gebäude zu kommen, musste man über Holzstege laufen, nicht ideal. Das Appartement hat einen super tollen Ausblick und ist schön eingerichtet, nur war es an einigen Stellen nicht so sauber, wie man es erwarten müsste. Sicher gibt es verschiedene Ansichten zur Sauberkeit, aber es hat uns schon gestört.Fazit: Würden wir trotz toller Aussicht nicht mehr buchen. Die Ansprechpartnerin hat uns aber immer gleich geantwortet und war freundlich und hilfsbereit, trotz unserer verschiedenen Anfragen/Hinweise. Das war Top!

Vacances à Evian les bains

Très bel appartement tout était parfait il ne manquait rien et belle vue sur le lac juste un bémol le frigo n’est pas équipé d’un petit congélateur ou même d’un freezer pour les glaçons et les glaces Evian et ses alentours sont vraiment magnifiques. Étant en fauteuil roulant je n’ai pu visiter que superficiellement des belles villes comme Lausanne Montreux Abondance car montagneuses mais très satisfait de notre séjour.

Sehr schönes, sauberes Apartment

Das Apartment ist wirklich sehr schön und sauber. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Sehr schönes Geschirr und eine top ausgestattete Küche. Betten waren sehr bequem. Den schönen Balkon mit Blick zum See konnten wir leider aufgrund des Wetters nicht genießen. Schön wäre es, wenn das Wlan-Passwort hinterlegt wäre. Kleiner Tip, verschieden farbige Handtücher, um Verwechslungen zu vermeiden. Der Eingangsbereich ist noch in absolutem Rohzustand, und die Umgebung rechts unten vom Balkon ähnelt einer Müllhalde. Hierfür kann der Vermieter allerdings nichts!

Aufenthalt im Juli

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gefallen 👍. Unser Sohn hat toll mit uns zusammen gekocht, wir haben alle super in den Betten geschlafen. Man muss sagen es war ein toller Urlaub und wir würden wenn wir wieder zum Genfersee fahren wieder da buchen 😊☀️👍.
