This 55 m2 flat offers an amazing Lake view from its windows and large balcony and can accommodate 4 people. It is located on the third floor (with elevator) of a building close to the thermal centre, Lake Geneva and the ferry port.
The hallway has multiple storage cupboards. The large living area has a sofa-bed (double), dining table and lounge area and access to the balcony.
The kitchen is well equipped : ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine.
A bedroom with a double bed also has access to the balcony. The bathroom has a bathtub, sink, storage space, and a shower.
