Very nice house with plenty of room. We were only two people with our small dog, but this would be a great property for families with the 4 bedrooms, one with bunk beds. It was our first visit to Everglades City and we enjoyed the area and the people we met.

July 4th family weekend

Everything was great. No complaints regarding property or location. The mosquitos will tote you away at dusk and dawn so glad we had tons of bug spray!

Christmas Gift

Very quiet and relaxing. Nice to have pool as a beach would be a drive. Excellent fishing area. We enjoyed airboat , mud buggies, fishing charter and other tours. Resturants in the area laid back with good food. Highly recommend the home and area for vacation.

Family trip to the Everglades!

This house sleeps 12. And there were exactly 12 of us plus a four month old. We had plenty of room! The house was clean and very comfortable, perfect for a family. I would definitely rent this house again. Duane was an excellent landlord. he was available via text message and email and replied immediately whenever I contacted him.

Lots of space, great accommodations, POOL

This is our second time staying with Duane at the Everglades home. We love it here. Our family has been fishing in EGC for more than 60 years and it is always a tradition for us. This home fits our family of 7 with room to spare. Having the pool after a long day of fishing was relaxing and cooling especially for the kiddos. Be prepared to scoop crabs out of the pool! (It became a fun morning activity with the kids) Great kitchen, comfy beds, big couch, really amazing place. There is a dock area on the Baron River which is great. It's within walking distance to the home (used it only when tide was too high to get under bridge to marina but still pretty amazing amenity). We will be back. Thank you Goff Family for such a wonderful stay.

Pool house

Overall this property is great. Clean, organized, spacious and great to have a pool. My only complaint would be that i feel like the property needs a gas grill for convenience. There is a charcoal grill but we arrived late our first night and were planning on throwing a few burgers on grill but there was no charcoal for the grill. We made it happen old school on a pan which was fine but just a bit more of a messy cleanup.

Fun in the Florida Sun

To be able to visit an ecosystem like the Everglades is truly one of a kind. There is not another place like it on this planet. And to be able to stay in a house that accommodates a large group of people is icing on the cake. This is an annual thing we do and is now 2 times a year for us. The villa is very affordable. It has plenty of beds for the guests. Big hot tub on the 2nd story. Clean atmosphere and a pool too. So after you have been sight seeing you can cool off in the pool and unwind. Duane is hands on with you throughout the stay. He lets you know that if there is anything he can help you with he Is only an email or phone call away. His love and care for the tenant goes above and beyond. Book a stay with Mr. Goff and you will not be disappointed at all

Fishing Trip

Great house!

We loved the house, had plenty of room for 3 families. The kitchen was well stocked, lots of nice towels and all the beds were VERY comfortable. We had an unforeseen water issue and the owner handled it immediately. He could not have been more responsive. Overall a wonderful experience, we will rent again!!
