Exterior condition of the property is marginal with decay visible. Inside of room is reasonably clean and comfortable. AC works. Many shady hooded people hanging around outside including people sleeping in cars / vans. Almost every car in the parking lot has some kind of serious damage (smashed windows, missing panels, broken bumpers) not related to any event I could see, but it reflects on the clientele. My car did not receive damage during my one night, but I was worried.

They have a guest laundry room which would be awesome if they could keep the drug deals to a minimum in there. Yep. That's correct. Right in front of me. They come in and out. In and out. All night long.

The front office staff was great, but I noticed after checking out almost two weeks ago they’re charging my card daily for different amounts approximately $20. I believe they’re charging my card as retribution for leaving an unfavorable review. This Motel 6 location is a place where dealers, addicts and street walkers hang out. My last night there were overdoses, heavy police presence, and repeated fire alarms sounded after midnight. The parking lot needs more sufficient lighting where the Motel 6 and Dairy Queen parking lot meet; this area is were they hang out to sell and do drugs. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone with children. I don’t recommend using the laundry facilities either; in the time it took to wash and dry my clothes I had many individuals trying to get high. The security guards are not reputable enough to stop what’s going on around the hotel. I would suggest the North Everett location instead, where they employ armed security guards.
