med to poor overall cond, shredded towel in b/r and dirty sink, very limited channels on TV, room not furnished anything like advert. Was not priced or advertised as a cut rate dive motel, so we were just disappointed.
Swimming pool is indoor, well maintained, and clean. Overall this stay was of great value.
Place was old; room had laminate flooring that was damaged and peeling. Bathroom was clean, but the shower head needed de-scaling or replacement. Bed had seen better days. Towels were nice and fluffy, though.

Very nice hotel. I didn't realize until morning when I opened the curtains we had a balcony!
Front staff not very friendly. We were on a long road trip and booked a room online as we approached Evanston and we showed up close to midnight. We were only staying for a few hours to sleep and get back on the road. The room was dirty, beds not so great. There was some nasty glob of something on the wall. Not a pleasurable experience but I guess was ok for one night. Wouldn't have stayed more than that.
Worn and frayed carpet, mattress was not anyway comfortable. Understanding that since this covid thing so no breakfast. Service personnel were very nice.
Room was very clean, although carpet and doors showed signs of wear. Clerk who checked us in was brusque in her manner, but the manager was very friendly and helpful. I appreciated that breakfast items were still available late in the morning and I was not told that breakfast was closed.
Great place to stop next to the interstate. Filling breakfast, comfortable room and great parking for a u-haul. Staff was nice, but the front desk women was on her phone for personal use while other guests were in the lobby and eating breakfast. Would stay again, if we needed a quick place to stop.
