Clean room, great staff, easy check in and out. Only wish they had available was quarters for laundry room. I don't always use laundry rooms, but we used the pool and needed to dry our clothes so it won't weigh our luggage heavy. Other than that, everything was good and smooth.

The room had several cobwebs specifically in the area on the ceiling above the chair and lamp. Sink area was also not clean showing dust and hair. I used a white hotel washcloth to wipe it down and the dirt was visible on the cloth. The toilet bowl also had some black around the water level as if the water had been sitting there a long time. It was kind of odd the bedspreads did not match. Staff was friendly upon check-in. Decent breakfast. However, the uncleanly room was a big disappointment. It seemed as if the room had not been used in a while or something otherwise I don’t know how these things could have been overlooked when cleaning. My husband let the Front desk know and she said she would what management now.

The check in process was horrible. 1 star. The hotel had my reservation and my name but all other information for me was incorrect: credit card number, phone number etc. You apparently passed them loads of bogus information that almost resulted in us not being let into our room

Staff was amazing, breakfast was great. Pool was dirty, the rooms bathroom was not cleaned properly, the carpet in the room had sticky stains, there was no WiFi during our stay, they kept telling us someone was fixing it but it never got fixed in the 2 days we were there.

It literally took almost 30 minutes from the time we arrived to the time we were able to check in because there was no one at the front desk. We buzzed, rang the phone, called the desk, no response. Finally someone came out from the back like nothing was wrong. Check in was fast from then. But the bed was so hard and uncomfortable, the floor would have been more comfortable, think they forgot to put the mattress topper on. The heater was either too hot or too cold and sounded like a jet liner. It sounded like the people upstairs were jogging or jumping from midnight to 2am. Do not get room 103. Only really redeeming feature was the good breakfast.
