Perfect Lake House

The house is amazing and the lake is amazing, there’s nothing not to like. We have never stayed in a VRBO home that was equipped like this one. If you forgot something, it’s there. The whole family enjoyed the kayaks, even the 10-year-old could master them. Even though it was June, we made a fire every night, the fire pit is so inviting and equipped with everything you need that you had to use it. Deer even came up into the yard while we were sitting outside around the fire. If we had any questions, Nikki responded within five minutes every time. It was a wonderful week!

Beautiful Home w/ breathtaking view

I have stayed in many VRBO’s. This home doesn’t compare with any of the places I’ve stayed at. The owners have truly made it a priority to stock it with anything that would ever be needed. The property truly is a place where you can relax and enjoy nature. If I could rate it higher than 5 stars, I would. I will definitely be renting it again. I am beyond thrilled I found this beautiful home on VRBO

When the weather is lacking, this home will provide

The weather did not cooperate with our Spring Break plans one bit, yet our stay was nothing short of perfect! The views are immaculate from every room and the porches are straight out of a nature/decor magazine.This home embodies comfort and style. No detail was missed. The Host was curtipus and accommodating. If we ever return to the area, this is the only place that we will stay at. .

This place is beautiful and so well stocked! Hands down the nicest VRBO we have ever stayed in! The BEST of the BEST!

This property is no short of amazing. The attention to every little detail is absolutely extraordinary. There is nothing more than our family could have wanted in a vacation rental. Upon walking in, the house was identical to the photos (which is rare) the house smelled like a high end hotel. Every bedroom decorated beautifully, the mattresses were so comfortable you didn’t want to get out of bed. Everything from the pots and pans to the flashlights and Board games, it was picture perfect and made our Christmas as a family the most memorable yet. You will not be disappointed when booking this property, it was worth every penny and more! We can’t wait to take our family back to experience it again.

Great home and property!

Plenty of room for 8 kids and 8 adults, amazing home with everything we needed to enjoy the kitchen, backyard and lake. Would rent again here in a heartbeat!

Relax in style

This house was an amazingly clean house within walking distance of a very clean branch of water. The larger decks provide a wonderful relaxation area and game area for all ages. A wonderful outdoor bonfire area provides great relaxation also. Several golf courses are close by.

Perfect Family Reunion House!

We had the best time at this house. The location on the lake and all of the amenities in the house were perfect!! We have 3 adult children and their significant others. I'll met us at this house and we had the best reunion! The house layout and the location on the lake made it perfect! This was our third reunion together and agreed. This was the best one yet! We all agreed. We wanted to come back and do this again. We live in three states, so it was nice to all meet up and have family time! Highly recommend this house for your family gatherings!

A great experience

Our stay was great. They have thought of everything that you need! The owner was so friendly and responsive. The whole house is furnished and decorated beautifully. We enjoyed using the kayaks right off the property. Highly recommend!

Perfection!

This home was absolutely perfect with every thoughtful detail provided in a beautiful home that our family greatly enjoyed for the week. We had adults, children and grandchildren…we all enjoyed it! From morning coffee on the deck overlooking the river, cliffs with soaring eagles and tree line with grazing deer to evening fires with the whole family it was all lovely. We enjoyed a day on the lake with a rental from the local marina. Our grandkids fished, swam and played outside from morning until night. Every detail was covered from firewood, to every kitchen appliance you could need, to ample towels (including beach towels), indoor and outdoor games, portable crib for the baby and plentiful lawn chairs for enjoying time by the lake. We absolutely plan to come back again!

Family Reunion

Great house! Loved staying there. Big kitchen, two patios, right on the lake/river. We were able to rent a boat and beach it at the riverbank in front of the house. Two kayaks on site, fire pit, little stream. Marina is just 1.5 miles away. Property manager very responsive by text. The house is fully stocked. We never ran out of keurig pods, toilet paper, beach towels, all of the basics were stocked in the kitchen. There a just a couple of things I would mentions so that owners can improve/fix. The stairs are incredibly noisy and floors were clean of debris but really needed to have a good mop. The only inconvenience was that one of the bedrooms is only accessible through another bedroom. This would be okay for children but not for adults. If that is listed in the main listing it would be helpful. We had 11 adults.

Best Part of the Ozarks

This house is simply beautiful. The added bonuses were sitting on the porch, having coffee, listening to the birds, watching the deer eat, absorbing the beauty of the lake, the mountain and the crisp fresh air. I highly recommend this proprrty.

Absolutely fabulous!!!!!

It was amazing and absolutely beautiful! We stayed there for a couple of days and we drove into Branson for three days. The drive was not bad at all. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We took the kids to the park one afternoon. I have never seen so many deer!! The kids loved watching for them in the late afternoon. The house was just perfect. Big enough that everyone had their own room, and that was great for the little kids. The balconies were the perfect place to sit and talk about our day and play games after some had gone to bed. Definitely will be back!!!!

Beautiful Home

We came to Holiday Island with an age range of 4 months to 87 years old. The property met all of our needs with high end finishes and the host was easy to contact.The location on the lake was great. We also had access to the pool nearby. Great vacation!

Beautiful Home along the River

Walking into this home is like walking into a dream house! State of the art kitchen with everything you need to cook, grill, bake! 2 Kayaks were available for use in the river. We went into the water, but you definitely need good water shoes that are tight on your feet. Rocky Beach but we got through it to the beautifully warm water that was very clean. Our family spent a week here to celebrate my mom's 85 birthday. The youngest guest was 3 months old. We played games, watched movies, cooked together and had a lot of cousin bonding! We had so much space! The outdoor deck was amazing to sit on....morning, noon, and night. Stargazing at night was amazing...we even saw shooting stars. We took one day to visit Eureka Springs which is a quaint historical town! We also went to Cosmic Cave which was a great place to see. Some of us took advantage of the Holiday island pool which was accessed by paying a small fee($5pp). We also golfed for a day. The grocery store is about 15 min away. We bought most of our food the first day so we didn't have keep going to the store. There is a marina nearby, if you have a boat or want to rent one, it is available. We saw people tubing and water skiing. Everyone waved to us while we were on the water. Very Friendly! I highly recommend this home for a family vacation! You will not be disappointed.

Off the charts experience!

This is not your typical VRBO. 5 star accommodations! The entire house is beautifully decorated, fully stocked and unbelievably comfortable. The bedding makes you feel like your sleeping on a cloud! The view is amazing and overall it’s a great location for some family fun. We will definitely be back.

Riding The Pig Trail

Our group consisted of five couples and our single friend. We came down on motorcycles to ride the beautiful hills of Northwest Arkansas. We rented Lakeside because of its six bedrooms. We were surprised to find that the sixth bedroom (the bunkbed room) is attached to another room (downstairs Queen room) and does not have its own access. Our single friend was planning on using the room until we found out he would have to go thru one of the couples room to access it. Other than this issue, we had a great stay.

2nd visit for family weekend

We stay at several VRBOs each year. This home is different. Instead of the cheapest coffee pot, they have a nice Keurig, with pods. Instead of a $100 Walmart special grill, a Green Egg. Sharp knives and drawers full of cooking utensils. Perfect for a family that basically goes on long weekends all planned around what we are eating for the next meal. If you haven’t stayed on this part of the lake, you should. Quiet, but plenty of water for any boat.
