It was a good one-night stay. This motel, like most independent budget motels, is an aging property and the room showed it. Room was clean, but there were the typical peeling wallpaper, worn commode seat, etc., that come with an aging property. The walks outside the room are not attractive, with old coffee can ashtrays and large trash cans placed in the way. But again, that is how they keep non-smoking rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful. Motel is located about 1/2 mile from turn into the historic district. Breakfast consists of coffee/tea, toast, muffins, cereal, and fruit.

Receptionist was super friendly, room was clean and comfortable, and location was great. Would stay here again.

Staff was nice but the room was run down and dated. Found out we could have stayed in one of the small historic hotels downtown for the same price.

Booked last minute for a Monday & Tuesday night stay. The owner was out, so he left my room keys in an envelope on the door! (Which was great, because otherwise I would have had to wait quite a while!) Room was a little dated, but is as to be expected in an old style town like Eureka Springs. My lack of a perfect rating was attributed to the oldish smell and somewhat hard mattress. Otherwise, if you're in Eureka and aren't looking for anything super fancy, affordable, and close to downtown.. This is your spot! Hotel did offer basic continental breakfast, but we chose a local cafe instead! When I went to check out, the owner shook my hand and thanked me for my business. Despite the minor inconveniences, would definitely recommend.

Plumbing needed alittle work. Toilet was slow to flush and sink drain was mostly clogged. Microwave didn't work either, but they did have a note on it.

Room could have been cleaned better! No one available at desk before 8 am. That wasn't good since needed to get some change

Friendly staff, easily accessible. The room was very clean. Our only complaints were that the beds were hard and there was no hair dryer. But, we didn't plan to spend much time in the room, so I didn't want to book anything fancy. We got what we paid for. It was good enough for one night.

The room was clean. It was a nice stay. They had plenty of towels and soap for bathing.

Wonderful first visit to Eureka for my special someone

The check in was nice and smooth but as soon as we got into the room it has a strong smell of mold. The toilet barely worked but the tub and shower were wonderful. The night attendant was friendly and helpful, but the person in the office during the day was rude and mean. After driving around the town we also discovered there were several better quality hotels/motels for less than what we paid for this stay. Really would not recommend this hotel.

This motel was nice and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful [...]. They didnt have the room type I wanted available , but they did give me a larger king bed with jacuzzi tub. For the price it was a great deal!

The hotel was very nice, good location in Eureka Springs. We went right before Sturgis, so there were bikers everywhere. We were still able to get a restfull night of sleep. Loved the jucuzzi tub and king sized bed and great price! The man behind the desk was super nice and let us check in early! He was also very nice when we checked out as well. I recommend this hotel for anyone traveling w/o pets!

We went to Eureka Springs to attend a wedding and needed a cheap but good place to stay. I was expecting a run down motor inn for the price I paid, but was pleasantly surprised to find a nice, semi-up to date hotel close to town. We arrived late, and when I checked in the person working the front desk (who, as it turns out, is also the owner) told me that he had gone up to our room to turn on the heat so that it would be warm when we came in. The wireless internet is always a plus. Additionally, there was a good iron and ironing board I could use (not always the case at cheaper motels.) The rooms were big and clean. My girlfriend's only negative comment was that there weren't enough blankets (we had fortunately brought some of our own.) However, I talked to the owner in the morning (he had just bought the place), and he told me he was planning on adding new furniture and bedding to the rooms. We would stay again.

Great quality for the price.

This was our first trip to Eureka and my wife loved the town. The room was nothing to get excited over as it's every low-cost hotel room you've been in, with the exception that at least here we had free wifi and a free continental breakfast (milk, juice coffee, muffins, oatmeal, cinnamon rolls). Staff was very friendly and hotel is conveniently located on 62.

relaxing,. and uneventful

Friendly service, room was a little more worn than advetised.

We enjoyed The Belle of the Ozarks, Turpentine Creek, and the big statue of Christ, also the beatuful Thorncrown Chapel---looking forward to a return trip!

I always try to stay at a place along the trolley route that is fairly priced because most of the time I go to Eureka Springs. I spend all my time downtown except for a rest one night and a shower the next day so this place is perfect for this because it was the least expensive nicer hotel I found.

Check in was perfect. rooms had everything a group of bikers could ask for except free beer. provided clean towels to wipe the bikes down. located close to the bars and several places to eat
