Loved the log cabin interiors, in a great location, comfortable and clean.

Very quaint, clean property. Our two room, two queen beds cottage had a Jack and Jill restroom, so perfect for people traveling with kids or parents....for privacy. There was a mini fridge and coffemaker. Plenty of room for our pet's kennel. Nice to park our car right outside our door. There's a park next door for greenspace for our pet.

The location was good. There was no real hospitality. Lots of "Do Not"s.

Nice staff and cozy room

Very cute property with your own little cabin. Not super far from the downtown area but if it's cold, a little too far to walk. And remember them there hills. They are no joke. We were here in the winter time and the room was a bit chilly at night, but the second night the owner gave us a space heater and that helped. The shower wasn't great, and got a bit backed up and the floor was a little uneven. it didn't bother us too much as this is a very old property and we weren't really expecting it to seem brand new. The conditions made it feel old, but authentic... in a cute way. Does that make sense? We kept our dog here which was really nice for us. Just FYI they charge $25 if you have a pet. I didn't see that in the Orbitz website but I am thinking it was in the fine print. All in all, a decent stay.

It's unfortunate that you didnt have a great experience. My manager will work on that. However a rating of 3 of 5 based on your 10 minutes of check in doesnt seem substantiated. We will work on our hospitality though for the benefit of others.

Thank you for the rating and review. We're glad the managers were able to take care of you and apologize for any inconveniences as we get this Inn back up and running. We took your feedback and have since routed all the drains in the property and changed the shower heads. We're updating all the Heaters/AC's as well as we renovate two rooms at a time. The pet fee should have populated on the third party booking engine, so I'll dig into that. We hope you can come back and visit us and get to see the renovations we are currently making. We hope to really make people feel at home.
