I booked for a 2 night stay. Was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Firstly, I was booked in a mobility assisted room by mistake and tried to get moved to a regular room in case some guest would require this room. The Hostess at the desk at check in seemed really confused on how to do this, so I told her that if a guest were to require this room, I would gladly move. Additionally, I heard another guest ask the same Hostess for recommendations of where to eat and she said she would not recommend anywhere in Estevan to eat. I am sure these tired travellers did not appreciate that answer. Train your staff folks!! Secondly, after returning to my room after a 15 hour work day for my second night, my key card would not work. I had to get the Hostess to reprogram it. Then, upon entering my room, I found it exactly how I left it in the early morning. The bed was not made, the coffee was not replenished and no new towels were there for morning. I was too tired to make a fuss and just tried to get some sleep. When I went to check out on the 3rd morning, I noticed a sign that stated that housekeeping only cleans the rooms every 3 days. Huh?? When did this become the norm? If I knew that housekeeping was sporadic before I booked a stay, I would have gone to another property. Hire some staff folks or let people know this BEFORE they book with you. Won’t go here again.

I am sharing two pictures of our room. One was the smoke detector light was on but hanging down from the ceiling. The second one two pipes on the wall beside the be. A attendant had to vine both days to turn tv in only had the access remote not tv. The breakfast was good but had it get an attendant both mornings for the coffee maker snd no plates or cups. I think they need more staff the same little girl did the TV worked the front desk and had to restock the breakfast rom as well and to leave the front desk . This same girl had to come to the third floor to put our tv on each day. When we got there the room was 10 C had to have the girl come up shut off the fan we could shut off the air but fan kept running. Her comment was yes it is cold. She did an excellent job but needed to have more help felt sorry for her. The room only had one chair no table. It was clean and bed was very comfortable.
