This was a wonderful facility to stay out. Only issues we encountered is twice we had to go down and get or room keycards rekeyed. Had to put them in a few times to get our room door open.

We stayed here for my sons hockey tournament. Rooms were bright and clean, kids loved the waterslide, good breakfast options, and the staff was welcoming and attentive. Great hotel

overall it was a very nice stay, good beds, very clean, and the staff was all amazing. it was however loud, great if you have kids and are ok with the running around noises coming from other rooms (it is a hotel more catered to families) the wifi also didn't work, and was kind of complicated to use. great family hotel with a decent pool area, however if you just want quiet and a place to sleep, maybe go somewhere else.
