Windcliff Estates, just outside of the quaint postcard town of Estes Park,

Colorado, on the doorstep of Rocky Mountain National Park, Montane is a half

duplex (condo) that offers 3 bedrooms and 2-1/2 bathrooms, a 1-car garage and

all of the comforts you need to make your family mountain memories year after

year.



You'll enter the home through the entryway shared with the attached

neighboring duplex, Mountain Time (rent them both together for the ULTIMATE

family arrangements!) where you'll enter the living and kitchen area but your

yes, heart and soul will be pulled through the windows where snow-capped

mountain views of the Continental Divide permeate and dominate your senses.

There's an HDTV that you'll very likely forget to notice or even watch as the

views take command through the wrap around windows. A wood-burning fireplace

stands at the ready should the evening temperatures drop beyond your comfort

level. Step through the living and dining area out to the deck for even less

obstructed panoramic mountain views. In the prairie below, don't be surprised

if you are visited by mule deer, rabbits, raptors, bobcats, black bears, elk

or even moose!



Back inside, you'll find everything you need to prepare meals in the well

appointed chef's kitchen, eat-in bar for 4 or dining area that comfortably

seats 6. Just off the main living area is the primary bedroom with ensuite

full luxury bath.



Downstairs you'll find another living area complete with HDTV, billiard table

and two more bedrooms for your guests who have shared access to the hall bath

and dry sauna. Walk out from the lower living area to the outdoor deck and be

eye to eye with the land and in awe of the seemingly endless mountain

backdrop.



Montane at Windcliff is just a few miles from the picturesque town of Estes

Park and the Beaver Meadow entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. Close

enough to be a few minutes from the nearest restaurants, bars, pastry shops,

liquor stores, retail shopping and supermarket, but set apart privately from

the hustle and bustle during the busier times of the year.
