Lobby staff were excellent. Rooms were clean and spacious. Wildlife roamed the area, which was a real treat. Very convenient to east entrances to Rocky Mountain National park. Housekeeping did not come by every day. Parking lot needs work.

Our upgraded room had a view of the mountains, a big porch ; dishwasher; microwave and Fridge with full cabinet of glasses, dishes silverware. In addition to a shower, the room also had a large tub with pressure jets.. Also a nice sitting area and tv dvd. Some covered parking.

Came for a last minute girls trip, and was so pleasantly surprised by both our room (family suite) and the property. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor hot tub in the snow and spent the rest of our time going to some of our favorite spots in Estes. Will most definitely be returning:)
