The inn was clean and located very close to downtown Estes Park and RMNP. But the room we stayed in, Building C, is not ideal to have a quiet time. When we stayed at Appenzell Inn, the third floor was occupied and we could hear all the footsteps, door sliding, and loud conversations. Albeit all of that stopped at 10 PM/quiet time. My advice to future guests, if you decide to stay at this Inn, do not stay on Building C.

The room was clean. Frontdesk staff not helpful and unfriendly. Not enough parking on property. Breakfast was not getting replenished fast enough for the amount of guest they were accomodating lots of us just left because all the food dishes were empty. Overall a terrible experience!

The Inn is located in a gorgeous part of Estes Park, with the national park not too far away. Staff were very friendly and accommodating from check in to check out and I’ll definitely stay here again in the future

Wonderful property! Very clean and well kept. The room we booked was HUGE and had a view of Rocky Mountain NP with free sunset viewing on the deck. Rooms are well maintained with so many amenities. Breakfast was great, and we loved the complimentary s'mores and campfire at night. Highly recommend for couples and families.

The internet was terrible in both our rooms. The check in lady staff member could have been more friendly and helpful. The hallway walls weren’t all marked. Having s’mores was much appreciated! The pool and room were wonderful. The rooms were clean and well-stocked. Overall, I would visit again. Thank you. 😊

Can’t thank Expedia enough for finding us this hotel after our initial one got canceled. Very large room with a whirlpool, just what we needed after our long drive. Location was good, could easily drive to the Stanley Inn and to hiking trails. Very clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast was mediocre. Would stay here again.
