This home is located in the incredibly beautiful Estes Park valley just outside the gates to Rocky Mountain National Park. This location does require you to have a car. Once you are inside RMNP, there are shuttles that will take you from lower parking lots to the highly desirable Bear Lake area. Remember that Estes Park is in the Rocky Mountains. It sometimes snows or experiences inclement weather. Please account for this when determining your route, vehicle and timing. Refunds will not be granted for inclement weather unless extreme circumstances are in play. Late arrivals are fine since you will be able to do self check in with your door code. Take care driving on the mountain roads, follow posted speed and parking signs and watch for park rangers and police. They are nice, but you will likely be ticketed if you are not following the rules. 4 Wheel drive is nice but not necessary to enjoy all that the Estes Valley/RMNP have to offer.
Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. Guests can request early or late check in for additional fee of $35 per hour and if availability allows. Requests must be received at least 3 days before check in date. Due to strict covid 19 cleaning protocols, late check in and early check out is less feasible lately, but you are welcome to ask. Thank you in advance and truly appreciate your cooperation!

Report any possible damage to the host right away. Damages will be billed to the guest and reported to AirBnB. It’s always better to let the host know if there has been an accident rather than finding it after you have checked out.
Lastly, because this is an AirBnB community, not a hotel, and is also our home when we stay in Estes please be respectful of the property and tidy it up before you leave. (Respect our property and our things).

Wonderful property
You can really tell the hosts care for this property and its renters. There was a welcome snack basket and handwritten card when we arrived. The house was so clean and kitchen had all the utensils and appliances we needed. Location was great! Short distance to RMNP, tram, shopping and several restaurants. My family had a great time here.

They Thought of Everything
From the moment we first communicated with the hosts of this property until we checked out of their home, we felt welcome. The family-friendly snacks, games, high chair, and play pen made traveling with young children a breeze. This beautiful and comfortable home situated in the mountains just minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park was perfect for a memorable weekend for my family and me. Thank you so much.

Lovely Home and Great Location
We rented this home to celebrate my husband’s 70th birthday and to spend time with our son, daughter-in-law, and 6 year old grandson. We found the home to be very welcoming and comfortable. The hosts have put a great deal of thought into it, with virtually everything you’ll need for a wonderful vacation. The hosts were also very communicative and provided helpful information about the area and RMNP timed entry permits. Another great feature of this property is its location to RMNP. It is just a few minutes away. We could not have been more pleased with our decision to stay at this property, and we would highly recommend it for anyone looking to spend time in Estes Park and RMNP.

Best VRBO in Estes Park
My family has stayed in Estes Park several times and this was the best experience/house yet. The careful care and attention by the hosts really shone through. From the extremely well stocked kitchen to the house manual explaining the town and surrounding area, it was clear this property was a labor of love for the hosts. All the little extras made for a very comfortable and easy stay. I can’t recommend this house enough!

Amazing Colorado Family Adventure
Wonderful time staying here for our first family vacation adventure to Rocky Mountain, Colorado. Jeff and Rene', the owners went above and beyond our expectations! They left a sweet note and snacks for all our kids, very well stocked kitchen complete with "emergency meal", baking supplies, lots of cooking essentials, even went out of their way to bring us extra equipment for the tv and a surprise s'mores kit! The home was beautifully decorated, our kids loved the games and comfy beds, plenty of room for our large family of seven. We loved the peaceful deck, fire pit, and quiet neighborhood. Our older children could also easily walk/run/bike the 1 mile trip to town. Best vacation! Highly recommend and look forward to coming back!
