The entire hotel lost power and forced us to move to another hotel that was not all inclusive. No one from the hotel even communicated that we had to move hotels until 10 minutes prior and they told us we would get a refund and we are still waiting and they haven’t responded to any correspondence! Very disappointed!!

I stayed for a night after a long travel. Room was clean, comfortable and cozy. Staff was very nice and helpful. I loved the overall experience and will be going back.
