This was an all-inclusive. The one and only restaurant (dining room) was closed due to no air conditioning. Dinner was served on the breakfast room as a buffet style. Note there was no A/C in this room, only fans and open doors. Rooms were poorly cleaned. Made bed and new towels. Room was cleaned. The In room fridge was stocked on day one and never replenished during our stay, as well as the coffee pods. There should be some type of refund

Bed was comfy, we slept very well! Food was good, but unfortunate that the Italian restaurant was closed due to HVAC repairs, dinner was buffet style every night. Staff was very kind and attentive.

The casino was terrible the staff is very rude. This resort is horrible no A/C only 1 buffet open the Italian restaurant was closed and the bar in the main lobby was closed. Just terrible would NOT RECOMMEND!!!

There is absolutely no entertainment, limited staff, and the one restaurant they had was closed and you could only eat at the buffet. The bar food was really good and Liz was the sweetest!

We absolutely LOVE Louisa and Mandy. We remember Mandy from last year and we love her, too, but Louisa was absolutely the star of this trip. She suggested amazing drinks, made them perfectly according to how we liked them, was sweet and absolutely looked like she loves what she does. We got excited every time we saw her AND Mandy. Louisa just worked almost every day we were there and unfortunately, Mandy was only there one of the nights before we left. We came back to Divi because we loved the food, drinks and STAFF! They made our trip memorable and so much more enjoyable than it already was. Those two feel like family and we can’t wait to see them again!

Hotel was great!! Food was delicious but limited but there was no air conditioner in the dinning area. The only restaurant of the property was not open!! The weekend was pretty boring there was no activities and no music at the pool or bar.. we had to bring our phones to entertain our selves…. Monday the day we were leaving that is when they had an activity person with speaker and music…

There were only two food options available while we were there, the buffet and the pool bar and grill. For the money, I was disappointed that the nice restaurant was not open. Definitely rent a car and be prepared to travel the island. Best part was seeing the whole island and eating at different restaurants. Go in prepared and you won’t be disappointed. Do your research.

There was only 1 restaurant and 1 bar available my entire stay - 4 days. The AC was not working in the restaurants or in the lobby, fans were placed throughout. I was unable to utilize the beach as the water was brown and there was too much seaweed.

Enjoyed my trip for the most part. Nothing bad to say. Just had to remind the staff that I paid for a VIP package at a certain time. I expected a little bit more from the package but overall not bad. The seaweed smell is overbearing but the hotel itself is good. Dining options were good. Natifah and Louisa were amazing bartenders. Finding a cab in that area was a task (and pricey) and some of the cab drivers are shady. But love this resort and would recommend to a friend and would come back
