The location of the hotel in Southend couldn't be bettered. Hotel was clean and tidy but decor slightly off. Only issue was car parking. Car park on other side of the road was so busy took 30 mins just to get into before findiong a place to park. It was also expensive, even with the hotel discount

I have just had a lovely evening at the Park Inn hotel in Southend. It was a spur of the moment trip and a last minute deal. We managed to get a great deal for £89 for 3 of us. The reception staff were very helpful, we wanted a higher level room which they happily done for us. The staff were very polite and happy to help with any information we needed. We didn't eat at the hotel but we did visit the bar in the evening which was beautiful the view over the pier and the rides with all the lights, my 3 year old loved it. I would highly recommend this hotel and I hope to return soon

My friend and I went for champange afternoon tea, although it was not at all busy our drinks took quite a while to arrive shortly followed by a pot pf tea, a platter of sandwiches and cake. The bread was very dry and the sandwiches resembled something a child would have put together, the cakes were out of a box, and whist other diners had garnish on there sandwiches and strawberries decorating there cake platter ours had none?? Is this because we was using a coupon of off groupon? I can only assume yes as ours was the only one. Please do not waste your money even at a discounted price, really not worth it and very poor.

My husband and myself spent the night here on Saturday. The bed was really comfy the room large and clean. We had a large walk in shower which was very clean and even had a wonderful sea view. The breakfast was really good. We would come here again

Can't beat the location and the room size is excellent. But I've slept on floors that were softer that that bed, the windows were broken and didn't open, and the ac whined so much it had to be turned off. At this price I would have expected more. Breakfast was disappointing. Staff were very friendly, place was clean, and the discount on the (expensive) local parking was good.

This hotel is completely overpriced! This was our 1st time in this hotel. Having stayed in numerous hotels before. I would rate this as one of the lowest we have stayed in. Like previous guests have commented. Poor air-conditioning, cleanliness, pillows as thin as paper. Etc. So, after all the managements comments :"..thank you we will note this"... they obviously haven't. And as for the breakfast. Absolutely disgraceful. !! No choice, cold, unorganised, badly laid out. Quality of the food... the worst we've had. A standard Travel lodge, premier Inn knocks the spots off of this. We came away feeling WHAT A COMPLETE WASTE OF OVER £220!!!! For one nights lack of sleep!

I visitedwith steve who is a great guy vicky made our night amazing. She made us drinks and made me very happy. What i liked washow friendly she was. I would definitely come again maybe on a monday, tuesday, wednesday, thursday, friday, saturday or sunday, fookin' love it

Vicky made our night when she made our drinks and had great customer service . Best customer service ever, love Long Island ice tea. And customer service. Serving Steve and Aidan was a pleasure for Vicky and I completed all cils to standard

My wife and I are on a two week break, part of a coach party. She has mobility and dietary issues, but the staff have been extremely helpful. All the staff have been lovely, but a few have really stood out. Ana on breakfast is always pleasant, and willing to help as she could. Karolina on the bar seems to remember peoples drink orders days later, and is easy to talk to. And Ana (a different Ana from breakfast) has looked after our party of 12 at dinner since we arrived. The room itself was very nice. There was a wet room, which was ideal. It had wifi as well as an ethernet port, so could hardwire internet too. The only issue was the lack of places to put clothes, only hanger space, so we lived out of our suitcases and had lots of stuff over the floors. Overall, it's been a lovely experience, with lovely staff and lovely food.

Pleasantly pleased on arrival. Side sea view room with balcony was quiet and comfortable. This was an upgraded twin room for which we paid extra. Lovely Views Car parking opposite hotel. Blessed with good weather I was able to go miles on my hired mobility scooter. Everywhere was very easy to negotiate on the scooter including the pier and the electric train on the pier. Receptionists were friendly and helpful. On the down side:- No comfortable armchairs in public areas. I felt this a lot as would have liked to have sat there after dinner. Fire doors springs so strong I always had to wait until someone opened them for me. Generally it was not up to Radisson's usual standard but I would go again because of its location.
