The property was very good. Some beds were hard and could use a memory foam topper to make them very comfortable. The only issue we had was the lack of potable water from the faucets but water was provided for use.

Communication was good. House was smaller than anticipated but worked. The porch with bunk beds is only a screened in porch so can get cold or hot depending on weather. Steps going into two porches were very tall and no railing it did not work great for my mother with mobility issues. We had some plumbing issues a few days into the stay, the host was responsive it took a while to fix but we were still able enjoy most of the days. The outdoor area was beautiful and lake was warm and kids enjoyed it.
