One of the best spots to get those views of the Rocky Mountains while being close to everything you want to do. 10 minute walk to restaurants and bars, 4 minutes to 18 holes of disc golf, 5 minute bike ride to miles of single track and downhill.

All of this located in a quiet, freshly built walkout basement apartment with private deck to see some of the best sunsets in Colorado above Longs Peak.

Like staying in a boutique hotel, but with all the extra amenities including full kitchen (with all the cooking utensils you need), full laundry, independent AC and heat, unlimited hot water and space for 4 people. This apartment has wonderful natural light at almost every time of day, but the bedroom has been outfitted with blackout shades for those who love some real darkness for sleep.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.

The apartment is set in a safe, clean, suburban location, overlooking The Rocky Mountains. The overall exterior and interior was clean, bright and up to date with well designed kitchen and bathroom. My husband and I loved staying here! It is seriously the most spotless and thoughtfully appointed VRBO properties I've ever stayed in. The view of the Rockies from the back porch is unbelievable and if you rent a car for your visit, it's simple to get to Boulder and then come back for a quiet, relaxing stay. Amazing stay for a family vacation

We absolutely LOVED this property! It was in the perfect little town of Erie and a great central location to Boulder, Denver, and Estes Park. The home was designed beautifully and we loved relaxing on the porch to watch sunrises and sunsets. Daniel was so responsive and even let us check-in early so that our daughter could take a nap. Perfect Apartment

We were in town for a family wedding and this was close to the activities. What a great experience we had. Furniture and bed were very comfortable. The patio was perfect for morning coffee and relaxation. We almost booked a hotel and I’m so glad we didn’t. This was perfect for when we needed to take a break from the wedding activities and just relax. Also, it was very private. Great host and will book again if we visit again and need a good place to stay.

My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights and it was the best decision of the trip! The location to the airport and things we wanted to do was so convenient and the town of Erie was adorable! This property is one of the best we have stayed at. The owners have decorated this cute little hideaway in the most soothing style and have spared nothing in providing for a comfortable stay. Coffee, snacks, a stunning view and amazingly clean top to bottom. A great location to explore Colorado from Denver, to Boulder and Rocky Mountain National Park to Brekenridge. The best place

This place was wonderful, very clean everything you need in the kitchen was there. The view incredible. My kids loved the place too, they did not want to leave. Our family will be back again when we visit Colorado. We will visit based on this place availability because we don't want to choose another place. Our recent stay at Dan's place was an absolute delight. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The house was clean, comfortable, and just what we needed for a relaxing getaway. The living room was cozy, perfect for evenings spent playing games and watching movies. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals, which made our stay both convenient and enjoyable. The bedroom provided a good night's sleep, quiet and comfortable with nice bedding. We appreciated the little comforts that made each room feel like a private retreat. 'Refuel' before returning home
