The property is renovated and you can still see/hear works going on. The rooms were fabulous (we had a superior family room). Receptionists were very helpful (specially Tanya). Limited kitchenware though.

Enjoyed our one night retreat

We stayed one night here to get out of the busy city of Paris. It’s in a remote location with not much nearby but was just what we needed for a recharge. Apartment was lovely, spacious, clean and comfortable.

Quite, close to nature

It was a lovely hotel, very quite. Only good with car access. Pontoise train station 10min away by car, where you can train to Paris. C is direct to eiffel Tower but it stope at every Bush takes an hour, but its nice.

Good Quality hotel

Recent build hotel. Outside looks like any other block hôtel. Free parking Spaces are available at the front entrance of the hotel. Staff are welcoming and provide adequate information on the stay. There is a restaurant next door to the hotel which I did not use as I arrive at 10pm. I believe there is a spa and they offer massages but this is just for the hotel customers. and Rooms are large and quite clean. It is a quiet area, despite my room been located at the front of the hotel car park. As for the breakfast, it is usually what you will get for a continental so no surprise there for me. Overall, I would definitely use their services next time I am in the area.

It was nice but needs to be updated there was no air con and it was really warm which made it uncomfortable to sleep in, the kitchenette was reall small only 1 person at a time and did not have certain appliances such as as toaster. However, service was really good even though English was limited staff couldn’t do enough to try and help such as providing a fan or the room. There aren’t no activities considering it is for families so children would get bored. A playground or maybe a pool table for some light entertainment would improve it.

Decent hotel marred by heatwave

The hotel itself isn't too bad, and the staff was fantastic, very helpful and polite, but they should REALLY advertise that they have no air conditioning or fan to move air in the summer. In the midst of a heatwave, the room was suffocating. I was on the ground floor and being a single female opening the window felt extremely unsafe (and loud considering it opened onto the parking lot - could hear every loud voice and sound as they walked past my window - and looked into the room!) but I had no choice as it was so unbearably hot. Had a nice kitchenette, bed was comfy, and the bathroom/shower was very nice, but OMG, it was a miserable night. Staff was apologetic, and it wasn't their fault, but check fine print when travelling in the summer.

A clean place with a very nice breakfast. Host was very helpful and thoughtful. The larger suite that's like a small apartment is a treat. The description I saw on Expedia said check in was from 2pm and we arrived after 2pm and were told 4pm onward was the checkin time, so I would call ahead if you might be arriving early. The location's a bit remote but perfect if you have a car and need to drive to Auvers Sur O'ise from here.

A nice place to rest

The property is nice and well located if you look for a place to relax. Actually you can have a nice view from Paris including the Eiffel Tower. Room was really big including bathroom. Plenty of space. Breakfast was really good with different kinds of juice and cheese, for example.
