When we arrived the room that we were allocated was like an oven. The air conditioning was not working it seemed to be broken. The second room was cool but faced the rather busy road. The staff tried to be helpful but this hotel is needing an upgrade, It has no restaurant and it is a long distance to the nearest one unless you want a McDonalds.
As gold member , I was upgraded to superior room with beautiful view. Every went smooth. Room was well designed with good spaces, good showers and panoramic view across Cergy town and mountains I recommend this
I had a short stay, and I knew it is a good hotel for one night. However, the room was very warm. But lowering the temperature on the radiator didn’t succeed. Using the airco was an option if it worked. The only option was sleeping with an open window and closing in the morning due traffic noise. The people are kind and helpful. The breakfast is quit well.
We had a fantastic short stay at this hotel, and I must stress how incredible the staff was. From the moment we checked in until check out, not only did we feel welcome, we were treated with such care that they have set the standard for us in what every hotel experience should be!
Staying in Mercure for few days and it was a great experience. Rooms were extra comfortable with nice bed, bfast tasty and fresh. No restaurant for dinned but just outside the hotel there is nice Indian restaurant with buffet menu. Unfortunattely Bar was not equiped very well, no beer in draught only bottles (heineken only). Extra nice and friendly staff, especially Asian receptionist Mr. Tra who was help on every point of our stay, could not expect more from him. If I'll be back in France Mercure will be definately first place to look for the room. Thanks
Very happy to commend the Manageress and her front desk staff for the warmth of their welcome on arrival. Nothing was too much to ask when I needed assistance to recover a lost Kindle from a local restaurant, which saved me time and bother. The best feature of this hotel is the care given by the staff especially during the daytime. They can't do enough for you and are very welcoming and chatty. The rooms are very clean and the beds are really comfortable. I liked the fact that toilet is separate to shower room. The hotel is quite close to the station which has great connections with Paris all through day and night until at least 1a.m.
After I did the checkout by 1 day they use my credit card and charge me 50 euro after I try to call them to check why this happen they said it is for the room cleaning!!!!!! I don't accepet it and try to argue with them on it they send me some poto and they said they get outsourcing company for clean. The poto was about some papers and bottels around the room and it will not take more thank 10 min for clean. For me they fake me 4 star Hotel and they made me pay for cleaning it is shocked
The front desk service was excellent, very helpful and kind. I requested a change in the invoice once I got home and it was done and sent back to me very quickly. The room very was good and fully equipped.
I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights as part of a group tour. The beds were comfortable & that was the only solace. The room air conditioning wasn't working well & the reception staff said that they couldn't get it sorted that day. We weren't given a room change & were instead asked to adjust using a fan on a very hot day. The buffet breakfast was a pity really, less said the better. I wouldn't recommend this place.
