This cathedral ceiling beach home is complete with three beautiful bedrooms, two full bathrooms, gorgeous living room, full kitchen with Italian appliances, fire pit outside with Restoration Hardware furniture, central A/C, outdoor shower spa, four TVs, premium Wi-Fi, wraparound deck with full Gulf views, four new bicycles, brand new outdoor grill, dated access to Lemon Bay AND A PRIVATE BEACH owned by Castadiva Beach (1/3rd acre)only for you about 150 steps away from front door!Castadiva is a peaceful beach location, but please know we are always making our island more beautiful, which is hard to do! Therefore, we never know when renovating/remodeling or rebuilding could happen. It is something the Host cannot control, of course.

The home and private beach property were absolutely gorgeous! We really enjoyed soaking in the sun on the beach during the day and relaxing by the fire pit on the chilly December nights. Cynthia was incredibly responsive to all of my questions, and we hope to return to this beautiful place again soon!
