     This beautifully renovated and tastefully furnished condo on the first floor is one of three units in this Key-West-Style property. The condo is located in the Captains Quarters Neighborhood of Englewood, only minutes to the Gulf of Mexico.

     The Gulf beaches can be reached within a short 10 minute drive. Many championship golf courses are situated in the local area, but also restaurants, shopping, live entertainment and cultural events are in the close proximity.

     Opportunities for boating, fishing and water sports are offered locally.

     This waterfront condo has 2 Bedrooms and 1 fully equipped Bath, a great-room with dining area and a beautiful kitchen with granite counter tops and bar. The two bedrooms have each a queen sized bed.

     Other amenities include a washer and dryer which is accessible from the kitchen.This condo does not have a pool.High speed Internet and cable TV included.     Location, Location, Location!

     This rental is located right down the road from Lemon Bay, one of the best places for inshore fishing in southwest Florida. And, it is also close to the Placida Marina and Gasparilla Marina.

     There’s also a docking place for a medium sized boat right on the canal behind the unit, giving you easy access into the Gulf of Mexico!
