Best part was enjoying some drinks and appetizers in the bar/lounge. The male bartender was very nice and helpful offering info about Canton Trade Days. However, the bed in our room was very uncomfortable and the bathroom was dirty especially the walls around and below the sink area. The carpet and chair/ottoman in the room needed to be replaced as they were outdated and stained. The check-in staff were more concerned about being on their cellphones (3 young ladies) than actually doing their job. The lobby area and breakfast area were very beautiful with lots of seating.
Front desk rude. Original room was not in ready to stay in. Had to move three times to get the right room We have stayed here numerous times before and have never had a problem this trip I was very disappointed.
The hotel was conveniently located to the business dealings I had in Emory. The restaurant/bar was closed due to lack of personnel to run the joint. I thought was odd and questions the management running the hotel. The hotel was clean and the personnel pleasant.
The hotel was very nice and the staff was great. I won't come back because the beds were super uncomfortable and I heard noises all throughout the night. I also wished I knew they didn't provide soap or shampoo in the bathroom. Wouldn't have been a big deal but I was already undressed and getting into the shower before I realized there was no soap. I had to get dressed and go down to the front desk to get it.
Excellent welcoming environment surrounded by efficient workers with always smiling on their face. Their workers considered Customers as priority. Breakfast room is clean environment that make you enjoy your food and they open as early as 5am to 9:30am. It is pleasure to introduce this excellent hotel to public.
We were there to visit family and enjoyed the stay over at this hotel. The room was comfortable, clean and well arranged. The best Hotel we have ever stayed in including some four star locations. I would return and plan on doing so in the near future for more family visits. Thank you for making our stay even more worthwhile.
My Dad said that this Best Western must be their "Flagship" hotel because it was so nice. Everything is kept very clean. The staff were all friendly and helpful. My son loved making the Texas-shaped waffles in the morning. We will definetly be staying here again. I would recommend it to anyone.
