Cleanliness of the room is terrible.
This was the worst ever stay. We has booked this hotel last min for a quick night stay keeping in mind complimentary breakfast and roll away beds. When we reached. They said that breakfast is no longer provided and no beds. We asked for extra pillows and blankets which they refused. The bedsheets had holes and one of the blankets were torn. There was not a single trash can in the room. Even the toilet and toilet paper kept were disgusting. My dust allergies got triggered after staying in the room so you can imagine how dirty the room is. Overall horrible experience.
