Nice property
Pool was being refurbished which they didn’t tell us. (We booked a place with the indoor pool for our kids ) Property very dated and not maintained well. Staff was nice and breakfast was included which was great but I have stayed at many Country Inn and Suites. And this was by far the worst of any of them.
Despite the peaking ceiling in the bathroom, the rest looked fairly newly renovated. It was clean and the staff friendly.
The hotel property was nicely maintained and in a pretty nice area. Each day they had a pretty good hot breakfast. The staff was also friendly. They advertised an indoor pool but it was closed. They need to indicate this on their website. The room needed a more thorough cleaning as there was a thick layer of dust on the vent for the AC and the floor was not clean. Repairs to the room had been made but poorly done which made the room look sub par. Lastly they did not clean the room or provide new towels unless you requested it. The garbage was overflowing by the time we left. It seemed like we paid more and got less.
Water main break and rerouted to another hotel which was more expensive
A bar would be a nice addition. Didn’t want to walk to outback for a cocktail.
Pretty good facility, comfortable bed, easy access to parking, shopping, price reasonable. The breakfast could be better.

Nice place, good breakfast, nice staff.
Room & hotel very good & clean. Breakfast was good, limited menu but varied daily. We stayed Monday to Thursday for $300 , very good for $$$.
The location was perfect for our stay in the area. We were pleased with the service and the hot breakfast. Room service was different than expected, but acceptable. Employees were not allowed into the rooms during our stay. However, we were able to get clean towels and toiletries at the desk at our convenience. Overall, we had a good experience and will consider this hotel when we return to the area.

TV in living was missing. Staff said it was stolen. Waiting for one to arrive. Many stores nearby sold TV’s. (Walmart,Best Buy).
The hotel itself was fine. But there were definitely some guests that ruined the stay. Loud noises at all hours of the night and a random fire alarm pulled at 4 am.
It would be nice to be able to get an adult beverage.
