Good to Know / Other Things to Note Zen Retreat is the private main-level unit of a home that also contains a separate lower-level rental apartment. The hot tub, backyard, fire pit, lounge/game room, and laundry room are shared spaces for guests staying at the property. A railway runs directly behind the property and trains can occasionally be heard passing through town, primarily on weekdays. The backyard includes a decorative koi pond and waterfall feature that is not fenced, so children and pets should be supervised outdoors.
