My family of 5 spent the weekend here. Location was wonderful, walking distance to town. The property was exactly as described. Very beautiful. The kitchen was amazing and we could all hang out in the same space. Lots of games for the kids. Laundry is a plus to have with wet ski gear. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Excellent host, excellent stay

The 3 bedroom townhouse was great for our stay. The place was well equipped, and had plenty of space as well as laundry. It was clean, and easy to check in.

We were a group of Moms staying for a weekend getaway and it was absolutely lovely. It was about a 13 minute walk into town or a 15 uber including tip. Everything was beautiful and we had no issues. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an enjoyable and relaxing stay.

New build with all the amenities you need for a weekend away! Great location close to town and a short drive to the ski resorts. Wonderful hosts!

Awesome Weekend!

Awesome girls weekend! The condo was spotless, gorgeous and well accommodating! It had everything there we needed and then some. Condo was inviting, very comfortable and upscale. I was very close to town and you could actually walk to town which would be a nice convenience if the sidewalks were shoveled by the city. It was very centrally located any everything or every place you wanted to go was within 5 miles of the the condo. The management company was very easy and quick to respond as well as accommodating. The little town of Ellicottville was a blast, had a music festival schedule for the weekend we were there!! If out in this area again, which we are considering, would not hesitate to rent the same condo again.
