Room definitely needs an upgrade. Old and dated esthetic and furniture. The bed is lop-sided and not level. Heater makes a annoying sound while on that sounds like a constant alarm.

this ski lodge hotel is a bit rundown and the room i was in was mediocre. there was personal trash behind the bed and the nightstand. there is a hole in the wall in the bathroom. the shower has two settings: scalding hot or freezing cold. the toilet doesn't appear to be securely screwed into the floor. the parking lot was a sheet of ice. the redeeming factor is that the be was very comfortable.

I stayed here a few years ago and it was average.. an older building but seemed clean and was comfortable. I can handle that. This recent stay, the bed was very comfortable and the sheets smelled clean. The important parts of the bathroom and the mini fridge were clean too. But pretty much everything else appeared it hadn't been touched. The carpet didn't appear to have been vacuumed; there was a candy wrapper on the floor. The wall in front of the bathroom sink had tons of toothpaste marks, the wall plate for the blow dryer was hanging out of the wall, the vent was hanging out of the ceiling, and the curtain rod wasn't secure. The side parking lot was a sheet of ice. Breakfast was almost a joke - cereal, a few bagels, milk and juice. Coffee was brown water. I wouldn't recommend staying here based on my last visit. It left much to be desired.

We stayed there before and had a good experience however, when we arrived, the managers, the husband and wife wanted to know if it was OK that we did not have hot water but wanted to let us know that. I told him we have to have hot water it was in the teams to the mid 20s. Our entire stay as far as temperature goes. There was no other place that had availability within our price range or the area from which we were staying at. Literally we ended up with right at a foot and a half of snow before we left which was great. We had no issues and they done good keeping the sidewalks and everything clean however to ask us if it was OK if we did not have hot water really took us back. Very surprised. After me, sitting in the office for almost an hour waiting for some kind of resolve as they was trying to get it fixed and he went himself to the area that was out of hot water. He came back, walked by me and then reluctantly sit here go to this room. You’ve got hot water. I’m not sure what changed. They did make it right in the end but they didn’t treat us bad. It just wasn’t how you should treat someone. Our room was clean and nice. Breakfast literally had bagels and bread no cream cheese, but they did have butter and I think they had raisin bran and Cheerios. It was a very minimal breakfast. It was clean, we felt safe. I would book again, but I would definitely try to find somewhere else if we could. The location is very good. It’s downtown right on the main street.

Very low end hotel. Breakfast was terrible. Had to walk 200 feet of 1foot snow to get to room. Rooms are clean on the surface but don’t look behind or under anything. Shower water pressure was very low. Had a coffee maker but there was no outlet to use it except in the bathroom. The good news is your in walking distance of town. So if your skiing all day and having a few drinks at the many cool bars in Elliotcotville and are just sleeping here it’s the best price and acceptable

We weren’t able to close the bathroom door because the screws were coming out of the lock. We couldnt lock the deadbolt for safety and peace of mind while we slept. The shower had mold and cracked surround. I did t feel safe to sleep and the cleanliness was extremely poor. I should have asked for a refund. I won’t return and will be sure to tell others about our my experience.

During our 3 night stay, the hot water stopped working on day 2. We had 2 nights when we had no hot water to wash or take a shower. The front desk was informed but nothing done to make up for the inconvenience. The lock on the outside of the building was broken and couldn’t be fixed so the door was left open. We also did not get any fresh towels when we ran out after the 2nd night. It was very affordable and the continental breakfast was nice start to the day. It was in a very convenient location to downtown and the ski resort.
