Room definitely needs an upgrade. Old and dated esthetic and furniture. The bed is lop-sided and not level. Heater makes a annoying sound while on that sounds like a constant alarm.

Well, I couldn’t write what I really wanna write because they told me that I don’t have my second amendment right for freedom of speech. I have to be nice, but this place is an absolute disgusting hole in the wall

Our private cabin stay was absolutely horriable no air conditioning, the fan in the bathroom didnt work filling the room with steam from your hot shower to the point you couldn't see infront of you. Breakfast they had was cereal smh for what you pay i thought it would of been a touch better the people that run it dont speak english at all. For what i paid for a 2 night stay down there I would of thought better service and better rooms ablnd them be in proper shape.

Unique set up, quiet. Staff was friendly at check in. Check in was easy. Walking distance to Main Street, Ellicottville. Buildings aren't maintained (crack in toilet bowl, handle didnt work properly, hole in bathroom wall; noted eves of our building were rotting). Continental breakfast was lacking (coffee was very watered down).
