Welcome to the newly remodeled Alpaca Farmhouse! This home is located a short distance to the village of Ellicottville, NY, where skiing, golfing, restaurants, shopping and adventure activities await. You will have 2 bedrooms, each having a Queen size bed. The full-size bathroom has a shower/bathtub. Outside deck has a propane BBQ grill and seating to enjoy the view of the many Alpacas. A perfect all-season getaway, with a peaceful farm atmosphere, all while being in close proximity to everything the village has to offer.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a balcony and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. Other standard amenities include a dryer, a fireplace, and a microwave.

Cute little home

It was a nice little house for the 4 of us for the weekend. It was properly stocked with all of our needs. Very close to the village and ski hills. The online listing had check in for 3 pm. I messaged the property at 3:30 through VRBO as we weren’t send check in instructions. I didn’t hear back so I called the property management company. The cleaners were just finishing and they would email the check in details. We got that email around 3:45 pm. The honored us a later check out for the miscommunication. Other than that, everything was good.
