Lodging near Elephant Butte Lake State Park

"The room was very nice and the staff was very pleasant. Absolutely no complaints in the cleanliness or quality of the hotel rooms. When calling the front desk for a minor technical issue, they immediately addressed it, Even though it was very later at night. Same with asking for extra towels, we had them within 10 minutes. However, the reason we picked this hotel, was for the indoor pool and Jacuzzi. They were both closed for cleaning. We stayed there for a couple of days and at no point was anyone working on opening either one. We were very disappointed on not being able to go swimming or to relax in the Jacuzzi."

Breakfast area was maintained and kept cleaned and stocked as food and supplies would go low, the lady in charge was doing a great job up keeping the food and cleanliness! Staff was friendly, and the room amenities, shampoo, conditioner, soap, Love the Dove Brand!! "

"Clean, quirky and unique spa and suite enjoyed by us and our pets! Nice patio and grass, relaxing hot tub soaks, and very colorful pleasant surroundings close to downtown highlights. Noisy above and beside us, but otherwise very enjoyable stay. We'll definitely return 👍"
