The property was not as described. The keys were not in the lockbox and the keys were missing. The code was still on lockbox. Person in unit next to us watched us as we unloaded. We felt very unsafe and left immediately

I am giving this rating based on what my son and his girlfriend told me. They drive a Mercedes SUV. They told me that when they pulled into the area, someone was recording them. They both told me that they saw drugs being dealt in the area. I ended paying for them a hotel because they didn’t feel safe staying there. I contacted the owner of the property and was told due to Vrbo policy a refund was not allowed. I paid for a second night and ask for a refund for the second night and heard nothing back.

Was pretty good till the roaches came out and the ceiling was dropping white powder everywhere. Trash all over the back yard and parking lot, A bunch of randoms roamed the property but overall not a terrible experience

Definitely a budget stay, the main issue we had was NO HOT WATER, we also found stains on one of the pillows. We were also worried about the safety of our truck and had to purchase a club for the truck as a deterrent

You Get What You Get

Overall, I’d say that the stay within the space was acceptable and expected. The bathroom was good, the appliances (fridge, microwave, television, etc…) all worked normally, and the furniture was comfortable to sit in and sleep in. However, the surrounding area was a bit on the urban side. I do not blame that, but it must be said. Each time me and my partner returned to the apartment after an extended time away, a smell of smoke would be throughout the place, primarily in the living area space. Some dog also loved barking in the middle of the night right above us. These aspects aren’t the fault of anyone hosting the space, but of other tenants and any surrounding problems. TLDR; the apartment itself is pretty decent for how it’s priced, but surrounding area and tenants can be a real annoyance.

If you just want a place to lay your head at this price point it’s a great deal, but the shower/tub wasn’t the greatest and there is only one mirror which is located in the bathroom - so if someone is getting ready in the bathroom you’re out of luck for a mirror. Parking was right in front but the lot was very dirty with trash on the ground and dog poop.

Nice for a quick get away

Was a nice small 2 bdrm. It needs some updating which they were starting the day we left. The maintenance man was awesome and very friendly. It was easy access to most places you wanted to go. Little noisey because if busy rd close by. We would stay again
