El Morado Natural Monument Vacation Packages

I has a lovely stay at Concha y Toro 33. The stay, for me, was only a one night/one day quick stop over in Santiago so I had limited time. The staff was wonderful and very helpful - they provided great recommendations for activities and sightseeing. When the lock on my door malfunctioned and I got locked out of my room they immediately rectified the problem! Would definitely stay again!

The staff are amazing. Mattias at checking was very friendly and helpful. Daniela from rooftop restaurant was very friendly and service very nice.

PROS: Our room was good size for two people, with plenty of space and a desk for writing. The hotel lobby and cafe were very charming with old architectural details and decor. The vintage cage elevator is exactly what you’d expect to see in this 1928 building which is still in operation. According to our online research, it was the first elevator in the City of Santiago, which is so impressive. The staff was friendly and personable. On our check out day they arranged for an early 3.30am breakfast for us and transportation to the airport. Breakfast is included and it is delicious with lots of variety and items to choose from. The location is great, right where much of the revolution and organizing happened in previous times. Also being located close to Barrio Lastarria, it made a nice walk to shops and metro. -- CONS: We booked their pick-up transportation service from the airport to the hotel, but to our surprise upon arrival, we had to book our own cab from the airport as their driver never showed. After attempting to reach the hotel several times that morning, we were told the driver had something come up and we would be refunded our $45 for the service. Our bathroom had loads of hair from previous guests everywhere which grossed us out and we spent the morning cleaning up in order for us to be able to use the shower. Once we had settled in, the cleaning service was cleaning the room next door blasting music making it very hard to sleep and rest as we wanted.
