Good hotel at an excellent price. Breakfast was limited.

Staff

Pros: Cheap other than $25 per dog per night, convenient, bed was comfortable, quiet, good shower. Cons: Double charge then take one off later, Deposit added, then take off later, floor needed mopped, breakfast was minimal at best, pet area was garbage strewn with glass, bottles, an old wheelchair, feces everywhere. Towels were very small and poor quality. With some effort this could be improved. The 2 employees were nice.

NEVER!AVOID! NOT WYNDHAM QUALITY. Arrived and my credit card was already charged. I wanted it on a different card and clerk refused to change it. Bath towels are the size of a hand towel. Rooms clean but in need of repairs & great hot water. Check out was 11am but card key stopped working at 7am and the office was rude and didn't want to fix it. The free breakfast was almost non-existent, coffee was like tea, oatmeal instant packets were so old they were hard and stuck to the inside of the package. Within a 1/2 hour of leaving we were both sick to our stomach. I could continue, but I think you get the idea. Basically, not a good night of sleep, not treated well, sick stomach, didn't get my Wyndham points, saw multiple other guests complaining for similar reasons - not happy at all.

Extremely disappointed to be called at 3:00 the day of our arrival to be told they were canceling our reservation. No apologies, no recommendations for another hotel, and no empathy. We have stayed at this hotel in the past, however we will never make another reservation at the ElDorado Baymont.

Lot was icy due to recent storm. It would have been better if lot were plowed and/or salted. Very dangerous.

Looks older. Room was clean and neat. Simple which is all I wanted for the night.

I was so pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed my visit! I'd never been to the area and was really nervous. The staff were all so welcoming, especially Kendall! The rooms are so nice and clean and the beds are comfortable. There is a Mexican restaurant that's part of the hotel and it was SO delicious. I plan on staying here again on my way home.

The TV and we didn't realize that we had a mini fridge which was nice

Indoor family center was appreciated by our traveling group and a great way to stretch out and unwind after a day on the road.

Reasonable priced. Anxious. To please. We were there over a horrible ice storm. We had to stay an extra night. Felt sorry for the motel clerk as she slid in ditch on way to work. No breakfast that morning but we were repaid which was nice.

really welcoming place. they made sure my kids are happy. safe and well maintained, and many games and a great pool for the kids. will come back

Stafff were extremely courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable about the area.

It is a bit off the road,in a small town. But that just means it is easy to get to.
