"Unfortunately the tabaco smoke was unpleasant.The ac vents should be serviced, no microwave, the wall paper is pealing in some areas,some mold in the bathroom tiles should be looked at, curtains need to be cleaned. The rugs need shampoo, etc. On a good note, sheets were clean, the tv worked, fees were fair. what made me overlook at everything was the professional and caring conduct of the woman who helped me check in I believe her name was Shelby. She was very patient too, something you rarely see. She greeted everyone with a nice smile and made you feel welcomed. Because of her I overlooked at the little things "
