Right from the check in to departure. Everything was clean, fast and trouble free. Complimentary coffee was perfect. This was my third stay at this hotel and they have never let me down. Just being fussy, I would change the walkway or lack of from the parking lot to the covered entrance.

Four Points hotels are a mixed bag -- some of the trendy stuff they tried a few years ago just doesn't hold up well. That said, this is one of the best. I wasn't thrilled with the soap and shampoo dispensers in the shower (cheap of them) but otherwise it was a nice stay and I would stay here again.

I have been in this hotel few times now, and I don't have anything bad at all to say. Amazing staff, beautiful, big and very clean rooms. The swimming pool and gym are also very good and worthy to visit if you're staying at this place.

The hotel is located in an industrial area about half-way between the airport and the centre of the city. A car is definitely a necessity. It is a very short drive to the huge shopping area called the South Edmonton Common. We stayed for a week in a suite with a roll-in shower. The suite was relatively small but comfortable, except for the noisy aircondition. Initially, there were a couple of issues (desk lamp missing, bolt on door not properly adjusted, stained shower curtain) and, later, the battery of the safe needing replacement. On my complaint, these were dealt with immediately. Very impressive! As a Marriott member we received a $30 coupon for two for breakfast at the adjoining white spot in their sports bar. The food was average. Unfortunately, they did not have a continental breakfast.

Whilst arriving in Edmonton before checking it I had started to develop a fever and body chills. I limped into the lobby and after checking in I barely carried in all my camera equipment into my room. After that I slept on and off for about 16 hours. I seemingly recovered rather quickly and the next day I was fine for the most part, but every time I passed the front desk for the rest of my weekend they asked if I was feeling okay and if I needed anything to help me feel better. I couldn't help to find that incredibly heartwarming. I would also like to recommend this hotel if you are attending any event at the Northlands Convention Centre. I was attending Edmonton Expo and it was a 15 minute drive on Yellowhead Drive with at most three intersections. Considering a route from a downtown hotel could be 30 minutes with the wrong lights, I will definitely be booking at this hotel again for next year.

Booked two rooms on line with website. All I knew was it was close to the anniversary we were attending. It was a nice clean hotel. Good coffee down stairs in morning. No breakfast but a restaurant attached. I like he key card to get to your floor.

Can’t say enough about our experience at this hotel. My wife and I walked in to the Hotel without any reservation, after arriving in the city from B.C. for an important medical appointment the next day. Not only did they fit us into a great room, they offered us a discount for our medical condition, and we received another discount for our BCAA membership. The rooms are very modern, and so comfortable. The King bed was actually fit for a king, and the pillows perfect. We had supper in the restaurant and it was a top notch meal for a fair price. We slept like babies on the 7th floor and we could not hear any noise overnight. Spacious room, nice TV. The fridge, the microwave, coffee machine in the room were all welcome! They even had decaf coffee! Dispensers for shampoo and a coat rack in the entrance, they really thought of it all. Only down side was we couldn’t change the temp on the heat unit, so it was a little cool for us overnight. But we will def be back to this Four Points Sheraton on our next trip to Edmonton for surgery.

Stayed two nights in August 2019. Check in was quick and efficient. I was upgraded to a suite free of charge (make sure you join the Bonvoy rewards programme). Room was a suite, so was really good size, 2 tv’s, sofa bed. I do like Four Points for their consistent high levels of standards in any one you stay in. This is definitely didn’t disappoint. Plenty of parking and there is a underground parkade. I didn’t use it but there is a White Spot joined on to the hotel. The only negative thing was that the pool was out of action during my stay. There was no mention of this when booking or when i checked in. I only found out when i went for a walk to check it out and then asked reception about it. The whirlpool was still in action, and if wanted pool access i could walk over to the Hampton Inns. If i wanted to use their pool, i would had booked with them (ironically owned by Hilton). For location, it has easy access to the 216 and the 2. Uber one way to Jasper Avenue is about $30. There is a Chop and Denny’s in the Sandman across the road and a few other food options minutes away. The Common area is also a few minutes drive north. Recommended hotel for sure, and to be honest I would had given this a 5 star rating if it wasn’t for the pool being out of action during my stay.

Great hotel, great price. Very good White Spot for meals, breakfast coupon. Easy access to South Common and to destinations South of the city. The room was clean. Ask for a room on an even numbered floor for best access to an ice machine.

Awesome place .. everyone’s dream destination... spa , dining and stay at this place is really treated... would love to visit over and over. Thank you guys for awesome vacation. Made me think different non vacationing.
