Our room wasn't available at check-in time (3pm), which was fine because we were running behind. But when we were offered a different room, I accepted, and was disappointed to find we had been moved into a room with less of a view than the one I'd booked (the original room showed a corner suite, so windows on two sides- our 'upgraded' room only had windows on one side). The room was very cold and the thermostat was locked at the setting of 19 degrees, plus there were no throw blankets to cozy up with. The bathroom faucet was broken. There were two bottles of pills and other belongings on top the fridge and in the cupboard. There was a cigarette burn on the bedside table, as well as the couch. A kettle would have been really nice to have for making tea. The room smelled very chemically from the Glade plug-ins. When we arrived, the dishwasher was running and it was completely full- so on vacation, I had to unload someone else's dishes :(Every time we went to park in our assigned stall underground, it was occupied. Overall, this experience made me wish I'd stayed home.
