The room was clean. There is a great little convenience store with everything you might need from snacks to microwave meals to little over the counter medications. The pool and hot tub were great too!

The room was quiet and comfortable, a little run down. I didn’t like that there was no opening widow to the outdoors. The parking lot was extremely icy and hard to walk across, so we did not use the hot tub or pool that was located in a separate building to where we were staying. Expedia is advertising that there is a Tim Hortons on site but there is actually not which was a little disappointing considering that’s one reason we booked this specific hotel. They had free coffee in the lobby store and it was nicely stocked with other snacks to purchase. There’s a mall across the street as well which is quite convenient. The staff were all friendly.

The jacuzzi tub was leaking and the rug was wet. We told the front desk about it but the hotel was sold out so we could've move to a different room. We just stayed put. The next day the front desk lady gave us free breaks for our troubles. It eas a nice gesture but a refund or discount would have been better. Can this be looked into? Thank you

The front desk staff wasn't very friendly, two lady's in particular. I did find a ball full of hair in the wall in my shower and tub. Other then that the pool was great and the rest of our room was clean
