The beds are superb! Maybe the best part of our stay with you, though everything else was fine too. Closet door in Unit 125 is off its upper track. Sorry we did not mention this to the front desk when we left.

The room was great and they enjoyed the swimming pool 💕 The staff were very helpful and informative. What they didn't like was their room was far from the elevator and our daughter is handicapped so it made it hard for her.

Majority of the time was amazing except one of the other customers tried to follow us back to our room ( with no pants no less ) threatening to kick us out. We were only walking down the hallway after a night ( not late, around 12 perhaps ) and were only speaking, nothing too loud, no screaming or running, I was not actually intoxicated. The night staff at the time, after going there to mention this said " he already got a call, and that the person who came to complain is a 'longterm customer' ". We felt like we clearly didn't care as customers, as we were only there for two nights. Otherwise the stay was fine, it was nice to receive a courtesy call about our deposit when we checked-out.

We have stayed here before and would stay again.

The staff were all great. They were all friendly and helpful. The only issue was it was unseasonably cold when we stayed and the room had no heat. It turns out, that they shut off the boiler for summer so there is no heat. In Northern Alberta, heat should be a year round option. Otherwise, I recommend this hotel.

Wonderful staff. But the hotel is run down and noisy. I could hear the pipes in the walls all night, there were people talking in the hallways, super thin walls, outside smelled like pot. It was OK but I probably won't stay again

Overall good for price

Overall for the price and location (wanted to be close to Rogers place) it was good. The rooms are newly renovated - no complains about that. However the air conditioner was horrible, truly do not think it even worked.
