I wish we knew it was 5 flights of stairs with no elevator. We thought the sofa was going to be bigger and/or pull out to a sofa bed, but its only a loveseat and a queen bed. Location is fantastic and everything else was nice.

Amazing location. Lovely apartment with everything you need! Only issue- I wanted a king bed-it was a requirement , and got a queen. Easy code locks. Could use extra towels, salt and pepper for kitchen. Aldo- beware there is no lift. My elderly sister was challenged. But loved it overall.

Unbeatable location, spacious and clean. Simple check in. Loved it. Only small downside is that it’s a walk up, but if you have an issue walking up stairs in the hotel, I have bad news about Edinburgh in general. Prepare to climb lots of steps everywhere.

This property was great for two couples sharing expenses and each having a king bed with separate bathrooms. It was close to the tram station for getting back to the airport and it was in the heart of the old town. The place was clean and luxurious. Our unit was on the 2nd floor and there was no elevator but it was not an issue for us.

location is great. spotless place. amenities are in great condition too. downside: they require 300pounds deposit and if you reserve your space through hotels.com, you need to share your card information with them seperately otherwise your door code is not going to work. this is so annoying and needs to be improved.

This was a wonderful place to stay. Super close to the train station, within walking distance. Great space, with plenty of room. Perfect size kitchen. They have a very easy to use closet for storing your bags if you get there before check in or want to continue visiting the city after check out. My only complaint was that it was warm and I couldn’t keep the window open in the bedroom or I would hit my head on the window. Other than that, love this place and I would stay here again.

This was our 9th lodging for our 2 week trip and one of our favorites. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was a luxury for my family of 4 - as well as the kitchenette and living room area. The apartment was nicely decorated, modern and clean. We didn't use the laundry facilities but it was great to see 2 washer and dryers on the floor - and the storage closet for luggage. My only complaint was I wish the property management company sent me messages in the Expedia App - even if to tell me emails were sent to my personal email account. Since we were on vacation, I wasn't checking my email so I almost missed verifying information in order to get my entry code. Also the fan in one of the bedrooms was a bit noisy and probably needs to be replaced.

Went without electricity to any outlets and the tv for the first day. A lift would have been nice but we knew beforehand that it didn’t have one. Booked this place because it had laundry facilities. Clothes smelled dirtier after washed.
