I'll start with the positive:
--The apartment / unit is clean, appealing, and an attractive place to stay.
--It is in the perfect part of town for exploration.
--We had difficulty getting our keys when we arrived, but the
Joivy customer service people were very helpful (by telephone during arrival) -- but sadly not helpful at all after leaving.
Now for the negative.
The evening noise here is mind-numbing. Quite Literally.
The unit sits above a nightclub / restaurant / pub-- the Alchemist.
The music from just before 8pm until midnight is a pounding beat (they have a live DJ).
We're talking hurts your head and your heart pounding loud.
Bottom line: There is no sleeping until after midnight.
(This unit would be perfect for young people who stay out until midnight.
But we are seniors, and wish to find sleep at 8 pm.)
And there is no way to block the sound.
And there is nothing on the reservation that prepared us for this. Nothing.
We wanted to cancel after the first night, but had already paid for three.
Bottom line, we would not have booked this unit.
We have traveled all over the world, and stayed in many large cities,
in units where noise (traffic, city sounds) are real.
But this is a first.
I do not know what our recourse is, but it was by far, a most
emotionally disruptive stay, and put a significant damper on our vacation.
And the money we spent for lodging was sadly, completely wasted.

Really enjoyed our stay! It was a beautiful apartment.
Minor thing - No free to air tv available (assume there was no antenna) and you had to log into your own streaming service if you wanted to watch anything.
The only real downside was having to pick up the key at a different property (key nest). It was pouring rain, with all our bags, the shop attendant (key nest) had a note he’ll be back in 5 mins (we waited for 25 mins) and then the code we were given was invalid! When we returned the key the (different) attendant was extremely rude! I would suggest changing key nest or using key safe at property.
