JOIVY Haymarket offers a stylish and homely experience for our guests to unwind and relax. Our cosy en-suite rooms provide everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay, including free Wi-Fi. Located in the centre of Edinburgh in a traditional Victorian townhouse, directly across from Haymarket Train Station and only a 20 minute walk from Princes Street. The famous Old Town, The Royal Mile and The Water of Leith are easily reached by foot or a short bus ride away.



The Space:

We have various room types in the hotel which are all elegantly decorated deep blue and yellow, providing guests with the perfect comfort.



Our deluxe room is beautifully decorated, with wooden flooring throughout the bright and spacious space. This room provides guests with the perfect comfort for their stay. The room has a double bed with a private bathroom, a flat-screen TV, a kettle, and a fridge to suit your needs.



Free toiletries, towels and linen are provided in all rooms.



There is no reception as the hotel uses a very easy self check-in and check-out system. You also have access to our communal area, with seating and free coffee for you to enjoy.



The kitchen and garden area is unfortunately out of use at the moment, we are very sorry for the inconvenience.

Room size was really good. Bathroom was the size of a small cupboard sadly. Bed was double. Could easily have been bigger. Room had good facilities and windows that were easily opened. The building had a coffee lounge and the coffee was great, additional TV lounge with sofas. Our room 22 would need floorboards sorted as we were sure a nail had popped through additionally it needed a general tidy in regards to painting and decor.The building is ideally situated for local facilities food and drink plus the tram and train services are close to the door. Check in and out and room access is digital and easy if you have a smart phone.
