Located in the commune of Eckbolsheim, 7.5 km from Strasbourg, L'Audacieuse is a beautiful house typical of the region, ready to welcome you all year round.

With its 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, garden and swimming pool, it is fully equipped and would be perfect for a family on a leisure break or business travellers. Linen provided, wifi, ideal location close to all amenities, everything has been thought of for your comfort.

Accommodation
Decorated and furnished in a rustic style, combining wooden furniture, exposed beams and tiled floors, the 170m² house is spread over 2 levels and is made up as follows:

Ground floor
- A bright living room with a TV lounge area and a convivial dining table for 6 people.
- A functional, fully-equipped kitchen: fridge, dishwasher, oven, gas hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, Senseo pod coffee maker, etc. A second dining area is available: table with bench and chairs.
- A shower room with shower, washbasin and heated towel rail.

1st floor
- Two double bedrooms with double beds (140cm) and storage space for your clothes
- One bedroom with a single bed for a child, teenager or adult (90x200)
- Bathroom with double washbasin.
- Separate WC

Outside
- You can enjoy the 200m² garden and 30m² south-facing terrace. The enclosed garden has a garden table and chairs for 6 people and an electric barbecue.
- The covered swimming pool can be used from May to September, weather permitting (not heated).
- Two cars can be parked in the courtyard.

Adequate although a few issues

L'Audacieuse is quite comfortable, although its position does mean it isn't very relaxing. It's on a busy road & below the flight path for Strasbourg airport. It would have been good to have a better equiped kitchen in particular. More cutlery, glasses and mugs would have been good; especially with the dishwasher, we had to wash by hand regularly. Shame there were no instructions for the washing machine & generally there was a lack of information specific to domestic arrangements (equipment, external/local services etc.)

Reise mit Hund

Wir wollten einen Kurzurlaub mit Hund in Strassburg machen. Das Haus war ideal. Ca. 15 Min. zur Trambahn Station zu Fuss. Ca. 30 Min. mit der Tram zu Petit France. Das Haus ist sehr grosszügig. Für unseren Hund war das 1.OG tabu. Ein paar Minuten zu Fuss ist man schon für die Gassirunde im Grünen. Wie konnten sogar den Pool nutzen, auch wenn er noch 'frisch' war. Die Übergabe klappte super! Sehr nett und hilfsbereit!

Schöner Kurzurlaub bei Straßburg

Wir wurden sehr nett von den Eigentümern begrüßt 😀 Das Haus war genauso, wie beschrieben. Richtig urig und gemütlich. Trotz direkter Lage an der Straße war durch die Fenster vom Verkehr kaum etwas zu hören. Den Pool und die Terrasse konnten wir ausgiebig nutzen und die Nähe zu Straßburg war perfekt. Sehr gerne wieder! 😃

Absolut empfehlenswert

Wir waren für ein paar tage in Straßburg und hatten diese Unterkunft gebucht. Das gesamte Haus ist sehr sauber und die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer für spontane Anfragen sofort da. Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen!

One week in Straßbourg

Wir haben eine Woche Fsmilienurlaub in Straẞbourg verbracht, 4 Personen und unser Hoverward. Das Haus ist super gelegen, Supermarkt, Bäcker, gute Restaurants in der Nähe und man ist schnell Inder City. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und total Hundefreundlich, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes altes Fachwerkhaus

Sehr schönes altes Fachwerkhaus in einem klein Städtchen. Viel Platz auf zwei Etagen, 2 Toiletten, ein Bad mit Dusche, ein Bad mit Badewanne, Küche, großes Wohnzimmer mit TV, (auch Deutsch), 3 Schlafzimmer, alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Außenswimmingpool. Sehr nette Gastgeber.
