I loved my stay. The location was great - central and close to the metro line. The staff were really helpful also. The room was lovely and it was good having a microwave, fridge and kitchen facilities. The only problem we had was that the lift broke down on our second to last day and was not able to be fixed over the weekend.

We had a very nice stay here. Parking was very convenient. Our shower was broken but they moved us to an upgraded room. The hotel bar has a great vibe.

The Hoxton Portland was amazing! Yes, the neighborhood is a little sketchy, but the second you walk through those doors, you're transported into this incredible retro vibe. The refurbished furniture, the décor, the atmosphere—it's just cool. I was all about it. The staff was hands down one of the best parts of our stay. Every single person was so kind, welcoming, and helpful. They always greeted us with a smile, asked how our day was, how dinner was, and made us feel like they genuinely cared that we were there. There was an older gentleman who worked the night shift (I wish I could remember his name), and he was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond and made us feel so welcome every time we saw him. The restaurants were excellent, the service was outstanding, and the whole hotel just has a vibe that makes you want to stay longer. Five stars all the way across the board. Thanks, Hoxton, for an amazing stay—we'll definitely be back!

This is the cutest place - retro but totally modern. Absolutely spotlessly clean. The man at the desk is very friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds, fantastic memory foam pillows, and completely new bathrooms. Easy to get to, and a straight shot to the airport.

Hotel itself is very nice and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was good, the vinyl flooring had raised areas in it, almost like the room had flooded at some point. The walls are thin, we could here someone in the adjoining room snoring and another night someone else's alarm buzzing. We ordered their Caprese salad on two separate occasions. The first one was excellent, however the second one had mushy tomatoes, almost looked rotten.
