Great location and spacious rooms! Room was clean and bedding and bed were fabulous. Would stay again if we’re back in parking! Secure parking garage a plus too for only $36 a night!

I was trying to have late night dinner while I was gamble at the High Limit. Then discovered that there is no food services available at all once past midnight…

the room was clean. The TV did not work and so I had to call the hotel good thing I grabbed a biz card, because there was no phone. The maintenance guy Fernando was very helpful and got right on the problem and fixed it. The check in was terrible, They charged us $35 for a pet fee when I told them it was $15 on the website, she (Sadie) did not care, kept telling us they changed the policy and now it was $35. Another couple were there also said they chose this hotel because the pet fee was $15. We asked for a supervisor and all she said was they will tell you the same thing. Then she says enough arguing, do you want the room or not? RUDE The next morning I did get ahold of the general manager (Carmen), same response. Said if I could tell her what website I found it on, she would honor it. So i hung up and found it and called her back, so she said okay she would refund what was owing me. But when I went in she was not friendly either. The check in was at a hotel half a mile away from where we were staying which was also inconvenient after a day of traveling. I would not stay again due to the unfriendly staff!!
